This property is perfect for a multi family gathering. The bedrooms are all a good size and well appointed. There is something for everyone. We were all together on the lower level with everyone engaged in the various games and activities available. The property is also conveniently located to the ski resorts and water parks.

Stay was perfect. The home is beautiful and looks much better in person than in pictures . Spacious , clean and the property manager and owner made themselves very available for any concerns . Would definitely back next time in the area .

Beautiful big house. Room for all of us. Spent lots of time in the downstairs. Great playroom for the children and loved the movie theater and the grownups playroom. Nice kitchen, dining room and outdoor deck. The floor to ceiling window in the living room was a joy for the eyes. Not easily accessible for people with walking difficulties, lots of stairs. But we loved our stay.

House was beautiful, lots of room for everyone. Kids especially loved the game room, and all the games worked (we have had broken ones in the past).

We had a large group for a family vacation with people traveling from New Jersey, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Illinois. This house had everything we needed from plenty of room for family meals to multiple games and activities for people of all ages. There was also plenty of room to spread out. Jennie was great to work with and always available to answer any questions that might pop up. I would definitely consider renting this house again for a large group.

We just wrapped up our family trip. The adults and kids all loved the property. There was plenty of space, lots of activities, and Jennie, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and responded to questions promptly. The pictures are accurate and the location is wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for better. Highly recommend.

First of all, we would like to commend the wonderful service we received from the Host, Jennie Woo. She was quickly and effectively responsive to our initial questions and ongoing communications throughout the stay! The Berkshire Home provided so much space for all 15 people gathered together. The house was clean when we arrived. The 7 bedrooms were spacious with sufficient room to hang clothes or place clothes in dresser drawers (the 3 Queen beds were "squeaky" but all beds were comfortable). The bunk room for 5 grandkids was a major hit! Comforters were very soft and snuggly. Upon arrival, bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. Towels were thick and soft! The activities (basketball, foosball, pool table, shuffleboard, arcade station and theater room) in the lower level/recreation rooms were awesome for everyone including 7 year olds to 74 year old! The hot tub was a big hit! The large sectional in the great room on the main level was perfect! The many smart tv's throughout the house provided additional entertainment for everyone. The large deck with two picnic tables was a great place for breakfast and snacks. The fire pit was a great evening gathering spot where our family enjoyed smores. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. The kitchen table was also large enough for most of us to fit around. Additional seating was available with bar stools overlooking the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay with great family memories!!

I just want to say that my family and I love this house. we wanted to have some calm days away from the city and The Berkshire was the perfect place. The kitchen was all the equipment that you need to make any meal for the family. Jennie was an excellent host since day 1 to the end our trip she helped us with any question that we had. the favorite part of this house was the basement that was full of games for everyone in my family. I'm hoping to come back to this property again soon. this house is really cozy and make you feel like home.

We had the best time at this house! It was my family’s second stay. We loved it so much, we wanted to bring our other group of friends to experience it. The house is so clean and perfect for relaxing days and nights. The play room and movie theater kept the kids entertained our whole stay, and the adults enjoyed the kitchen, giant couch, and pool table. This house is absolutely perfect for a fun getaway and Jennie and her team are so easy to work with and so communicative! We can’t wait for our next stay!!!

My family and I (9 guests total) stayed at The Berkshire this past long weekend. I cannot express more how awesome Jennie is as a property manger. Any and all questions were answered so quickly. The house is beautiful, and in a great location. We had more than enough room for everyone.. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer. ;) We are already looking to plan our next stay here!

I stayed here for a weekend with 12 friends and we enjoyed the house very much. Jennie was very communicative and a great property manager. Location is great and neighborhood was very nice to stay in as well. We would definitely be open to returning again in the future

Stocked with everything you need to cook, place was big enough that we could be together and not trip over each other. Host is amazing. I would love to do business with her again.

My first surprise was being contacted by the Property Manager (PM) shortly after arrival and being told that she was in Hawaii on vacation. This was a total surprise as nom mention was made of her absence at any time prior to arrival — in fact, messages earlier in the day implied we would be meeting after my arrival. A major issue arose the first two (2) nights as insects swarmed two (2) of the bedrooms. Wall air conditioners had been installed in these rooms to supplement the central AC system but the units were not properly sealed. Once lights were turned on in these rooms the insects appeared. My children were able to identify the problem and install a temporary fix. Bedding is a major problem in several of the bedrooms. The current mattresses are far past functional and should have been replaced long ago. The cleaning provided by the outside contractor prior to our arrival as adequate at best. The homeowners should provide additional hand towels for the kitchen and bathrooms so tenants can maintain a state of cleanliness during the week.

The property was great. We had a mixed group comprising young kids and adults and it catered to everyone. There were game rooms in basement for both young kids and older adults. The views from the great room were also fantastic. The property manager was very helpful and was able to answer any questions we had. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here

Friends from college and our families got together for the first time since COVID started. The house was perfect! Kids loved the play room and there was plenty of space and supplies in the kitchen to cook big meals for everyone. Also plenty of bedrooms for the group and we were able to navigate different baby/toddler/big kid wake up and bed times because of all the space. Hot tub worked perfectly and was super clean, as was the house. Property manager was totally responsive. Highly recommend!!

Weather was cooler than it usually should be in the time we visited and we chose to spending all the time at home and in the backyard with camp fire. Infact we didnt feel to go out as there was so many thing is the house. Games, grill, hot tub, home theater. The best thing about the stay is w3 have 8 kids and now one bothered their parents even for few minutes. They were too busy to play. It was one of the best weekend we had.

We had the best time at this house!!! Edward was so communicative and helpful the whole time; the internet was down for a few hours the first night, but he contacted the company and it was working soon after. The rooms were large and clean, the basement was incredible! The kids LOVED the play scape and the movie theater. The husbands enjoyed the pool table and shuffle board, and the ladies all just loved hanging out on the couch catching up! The kitchen was the perfect size and had everything we needed to make huge meals. The extra refrigerator downstairs was also a great feature and would be so necessary if we were staying longer. It snowed one of the days we were there and the kids loved sledding in the front yard! My only complaint is that our stay was too short! At the end of our weekend, we got stuck at the bottom of the hill in our minivan (definitely should have driven the truck 😳) but Edward got in touch with a plow immediately and we were on our way within an hour. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

The house was perfect for a large family gathering. We had plenty of space to sleep and to spread out, or room to all come together for meals. The basement is ridiculous - there was so much to do down there that the kids (okay, and the adults) never wanted to leave. We loved the fire pit (s’mores!) and the hot tub in the evenings. We did one day of skiing (camelback, about a 40 minute drive but other ski areas are much closer) but spent the rest of the long weekend chilling at the house. Jennie was a great manager and really responsive. Highly recommend this property!

We rented the home for a family ski trip/birthday gathering. We were 23 in total. There was plenty of space for all and lots of activities in the home for the kids. It’s a beautiful home and the property manger was available to address any concerns which we really didn’t have. We had a great stay!

We had a fantastic time staying at the 'Berkshire' for our Pocono Ski Trip. We were a party of 17 people and it was plenty room for all of us to stay without feeling like we were living on top of each other. The basement was amazing, which seemed to have something for everyone. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. It was only a 10-12 minute drive to Jack Frost so skiing was very convenient. We hope to come back in the near future!

House was perfectly fine and advertised. Just didn’t like how corporate everything was. Checking in and out process was more extra than necessary. Having to call to check in and out was unnecessary and a first for me staying anywhere. Didn’t like how everything was listed for charges if anything was damaged or missing. Other than that the house was terrific.

We had a wonderful week stay at this great property. My extended family and I celebrated Christmas there and had plenty of room for everyone! The lower level/game room was amazing and where we spent most of our time. The movie room was also great as not all of us wanted to ski. The proximity to Jack Frost and Big Boulder was perfect for those that did ski. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was amazing and extremely responsive. The property was very private even though it was in the Split Rock neighborhood. The hot tub was enjoyed by all of the younger generation. The couch and beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but when we mentioned this to the property manager she assured us that they would look into it. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and we hope to come back and stay again!

This place was perfect for our family gathering. It had tons of space for everyone to spread out as well as room for family dinners and movie nights. The kids especially loved all of the activities in the basement. The check in and check out could not have been smoother and the hosts were extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Our family of 25 or so had a lovely family reunion during Thanksgiving - everything was as advertised. Our group of 25 or so did not feel cramped at all and everyone had space to relax. Everything was in working condition including all of the game equipment, TV's, and appliances. The host communicated clearly and check in/check out was a breeze. Don't hesitate to book this location for a family friendly reunion space!

This was our second year at this location and the improvements we noticed made our stay even more memorable. There's something in the house for everyone, we especially enjoyed the game room upgrades.

This home was exactly the way it appeared in the listing, incredibly clean and perfect for our group! Entering into the bright Great room with the fall foliage outside the window was so beautiful. The open layout between the kitchen and living room makes it easy for everyone to participate in conversation. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking large meals. We also used the BBQ on the deck to cook some delicious steaks. There are 3BRs on the first floor and 4 upstairs. The master BR is quite large. Out back is a fire pit that seats 8. You may want to bring some extra chairs if you have a larger party. It was perfect for us! Our favorite area had to be the game room downstairs! It was just so amazing! Sharing this space with all our friends was so much fun. We had many, many Shuffle board tournaments during our stay. We enjoyed using the home theater’s 80 inch TV to show a personal photo presentation that was so very special for us. Thank you Jennie for being so helpful and accessible during our stay. Our team and their families stayed at the property in September of 2021.We greatly enjoyed the amenities of the property. This house has good size bedrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area, excellent game room suited for all ages. The late night sit down outside by the fire pit was a hit! We booked this house for our annual Poconos golf trip and we had an outstanding experience. I was a little nervous at first due to all of the warnings from the reality company regarding fines and rules, but my fears turned out to be unnecessary. The 16 of us (all in our 30s), loved the property and will likely be booking it again next summer. Jennie was amazing and answered every question we had and the house was perfect for a fun weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We loved this home an enjoyed all the amenities. Everyone loved the theatre room! The home was big enough for everyone! We will be back!!
