Beautiful, modern, very well appointed kitchen with high quality utensils, cookware, etc. nothing was missed. The pool is lovely and large and just the right temp. Absolutely loved this home stay!! Owners very responsive to a question and all in all a perfect week!!

Fantastic house, location and hosts. My husband and 17-year-old son spent a week at this house and the location is fabulous. Although I know the area a bit, the host laid out all the activities, restaurants, parks and parking situations in the area. We had to contact them a few times and they were very quick to respond. The pool was great, and we love that it is not screened in, and it was a saltwater pool. I would highly recommend this place fora anyone to spend a relaxing week close to Olde Naples. We will return!!! :)

Grandparent couple along with adult daughter and college aged granddaughter. House is snug, but features are fabulous. All is as pictured except bikes had been damaged and therefore not available. Plenty of pool floats and beach gear. Owners live nearby so communication and fixing of one small issue were immediate. We have already booked our return for next year.

We had the best time at Julia and Charles’ place! The pictures do not do the house justice! It’s absolutely gorgeous! You don’t need to bring anything! Julia and Charles have the house stocked with anything and everything you’d need for your stay. The outside area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida weather! It was very close to downtown Naples where all the cool shops and great restaurants are! It’s only about a 3-5 minute drive to a beach which makes it perfect to pack up for the day! Julia and Charles were very easy to communicate with and were available whenever needed! We couldn’t recommend this place more!

The house was just like the photos. The property is very well equipped with all the things you'll need for a great break. There were a couple of minor tech glitches that arose during our stay and Julia could not have been more responsive. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet you can be on 5th avenue in a few minutes. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The internet was fast enough for myself, my wife, and our two teenage kids to all be streaming at the same time. And the pool was heated beautifully - so we could even swim in comfort on cooler days.

Absolutely amazing home in Naples. I stayed for a week in this beautiful decorated home while in Naples for a football tournament. The house was better than advertised.

Very very nice place. Didn’t get to take advantage of any of the wonderful amenities as it was so hot! I’d definitely come during the season for more action! House is so nice and new and clean and they’ve thought of everything to make your stay great.

Couldn't have asked for a better home away from home for our annual girl's weekend! It was exactly as described in the listing.
Clean, updated and welcoming and our hosts were so helpful, communicative & hospitable. A beautiful house, in a quiet neighborhood with comfy couch & beds, fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to float & chill in the pool. It was all we hoped for and more!

Everything detail was beautiful. The new pool made the experience staying there like your own mini resort. We had a great time and I love the proximity to 5th Avenue and all the Naples attractions.

We stayed here in April 2023 and absolutely loved it! It is beautiful and updated. The kitchen and home were stocked with everything you'd need. The pool is fantastic. Our dog loved the fenced in yard! We will stay here again and would highly recommend it!

We booked a last minute vacation to Naples, Florida and stumbled upon this VRBO having availability due to a cancellation. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The entire home has recently been renovated and, is just beautiful! Amenities galore, inclusive of a back yard pool and a stocked garage of pool toys , coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, ground covers for the beach and, last but not least, adult tricycles - those were fun to ride! We definitely would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

My husband, our dog and I rented this property for five weeks. It's an amazing property that lives up to the billing. It's clean, every guest need is accounted for, and the hosts are fantastic. We've already booked two more trips to this same rental because our experiences here have been so great!

This property is great! Perfect location, clean, nice fenced yard, fantastic pool, and visually perfect for picture taking! Also it had everything you need to prepare wonderful meals, loved the wine fridge!!
The hosts are very nice, responsive and attentive. We enjoyed our stay so much that this will be our future must stay when we visit Naples. Five stars and more!

This property was absolutely perfect! It has everything you could need. We loved the pool with its tanning deck and fountain. The location was ideal, being close to the beach, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Our family absolutely loved it and we will look to book again on our next visit!

Family friendly beach home
This home was very clean and nicely decorated! We felt very much at home here! It was perfect for our family of 5! The pool was quite dirty but I think that was due to the rain storms we had each afternoon. We would definitely stay here again!

Dreamy vacation house
Wonderful thoughtfully renovated property close to 5th avenue and the Naples pier beach. We enjoyed our stay, especially the pool area. Julia is a very welcoming host, she responded promptly to all our questions.

Just WOW!
If I could give this property 50 stars, I would. We booked months in advance for our baby’s FIRST vacation, and this home sure made this memory special. The house has everything you need and more. The pool is spectacular, the rooms, beds, seriously…everything. We cannot wait to go back!

Stop looking in book this. The pool is amazing. The two lounge chairs in 8 in of water is such a relaxing setting. The house is recently remodeled and done first-class. Everything was super clean. The beds were fluffy and comfy with plenty of covers and pillows. The couch was great for laid-back reading. The kitchen was very well equipped with high-end appliances and lots of gadgets. The outdoor grill worked great and was physically huge. The neighborhood is cute, full of local birds singing all day long, and the neighbors are friendly. Naples Pier is a short drive away and we made use of the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella found in the garage.
