Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel s'est montré chaleureux, professionnel et toujours attentif à mes besoins. La propreté des lieux était irréprochable, des chambres aux espaces communs. Les équipements étaient modernes et bien entretenus, assurant un confort optimal. Le déjeuner était excellent, offrant une grande variété et une qualité irréprochable. De plus, le service de transport proposé par l'hôtel était particulièrement pratique et efficace. En résumé, cet hôtel offre une prestation de très haute qualité que je recommande vivement.

Everything, Alaçatı is an amazing village and Jardin d’Azur is a unique pearl in it. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever eaten

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Nach nur 2 Gehminuten befindet man schon Mitten im Herzen von Alacati. Das Hotel selbst verfügt über einen wunderschönen Pool, der Garten mit viel Grünfläche ist sehr einladend. Das Frühstück ist überragend und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend, verfügen über eine Klimaanlage und gemütliche Betten. Vor Allem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken und ganz herzlich bei Osman bey, für seine tolle Gastfreundschaft. Falls wir nochmal nach Alacati kommen, werden wir uns definitiv wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

Die Unterkunft war super. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Das Team war total klasse, genauso wie das Frühstück und der Außenbereich.

Leider wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt und am letzten Tag habe ich nachgefragt. Das hätte ich wohl früher tun müssen, da es wohl nur auf Wunsch gereinigt wird. Die Matratze war auch gar nicht mein Fall, aber das ist ja bei jedem anders.

Even though we were shown to a very old and small room initially the staff was flexible to change it to a better one (as seen on the booking photos). When we wanted to order a taxi to a beach club we were offered to drive with their relative and we thought that it was a cheaper option. With a normal commercial taxi that place was costing 170 turkish lira, but we him we paid 350… I would have appreciated to be informed about this extreme overcharging in advance. Breakfast was very average. You need to pay for a basic coffee. And compared to many other hotels they dont offer simit which we were really looking forward to for that price.
