This property was beautiful and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, the property was perfect for kids and adults Very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools and utensils. The property mgr was very helpful and responsive to my questions as this was my first time at a VRBO property. All the amenities were great, pools were very nice. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property for the ironman 70.3 world championship. The location was perfect to access Sand Hallow and was a short drive to St George. The house was perfect for us and had all the amenities we needed. The property managers were very prompt with sending responses and helping us throughout the check in and out process. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean property. It is on the third story so there are some stairs to go up. Verizon service does not work inside but there is working Wi-Fi so that was great! Would stay again.

Red Sands did an excellent job of providing my family (there were 7 of us) with a clean and perfectly outfitted condo, and the check in and out process was so easy. There were a couple of unpredictable hiccups related to property amenities and appliances, but I reached out via phone call and while the issues could not be immediately solved, Red Sands provided clear and frequent communication to keep us aware of the status. Eventually everything was resolved to our satisfaction. I would definitely stay here again, the location allowed for very easy access to St.George and expeditions east to Zion.

Property was very nice. The workout center should have had wipes or towels to clean the equipment after using it.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Great amenities! Great floorplan! And a nice pool and spa. The property is on the 3rd floor with views overlooking pool and side of a hill. It is close to Zion and a nearby reservoir. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom and bathroom were perfect. We plan to rent this property again!

We loved our stay! This beautiful home showed up one morning and we are so grateful that we immediately jumped on it. The immediate area has slim pickings for food but there are endless options in St. George within 10 miles. We visited Zion one day, did an ATV Tour in Kanab on another, and visited Bryce Canyon. The drive to everything was enjoyable and peaceful, as Utah is just truly beautiful no matter where you are! We also drove through a couple of thunderstorms which was exciting for us. We did some fun local exploring at Red Cliffs, Jenny’s Cove, and the surrounding areas. All of these places were within 20 minutes and must sees and dos! We even went back to sit atop the Red Cliffs and watch the sunset and an unexpected fireworks display. The place is so clean and gorgeously designed. Our 17 and 19 year olds sons loved being able to spread out in all of our own rooms at the end of our adventurous days! The patio was awesome, too! We had wine, watching the moon rise, beside the fire pit at night. The boys used the gym. Honestly, you will never regret staying here!! Thanks, Reds! We will return!

Our kids wanted to take a day off from hiking to simply hang out and play tennis and be in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked, with some spices, coffee filters, etc. Be aware, if you have small children, some of the decor is breakable and it was a little intimidating that something might get broken. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Coral Springs B8. It was emasculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The entry and exit were easily managed. We used the jacuzzi and pool and made dinner at home. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The tv took a little bit to figure out and some internet options such as Netflix would have been a plus but we couldn't figure it out with the remotes., A remote guide might be a nice addition. Thank you for your hospitality and good communication!

The Townhouse was beautiful, check-in was Super easy and very detailed, and very personal. There was a tablet in the kitchen, with a Welcome message along with a treat in a basket. Directions were super easy and detailed. I know I definitely got our money's worth. And it was a short 40 minute and scenic drive to Zion National Park. Our Family absolutely loved it, and I would Highly recommend anyone with kids staying at the resort. Overall.... No Complaints and extremely satisfied. 😁
