My husband and I enjoyed this amazing property for our anniversary! We loved the proximity to the beach and walkable to bridge street. We had a car, and went to the north end of the island, but also took the trolley which was super easy. This home is so comfortable, cozy, sweetly decorated and clean. We definitely want to go back again!

Loved our 2nd annual stay at TPP as we celebrated our 32nd anniversary! Convenient, clean, chic and comfortable. Can’t beat the value! They always go above and beyond! Will stay here yet again

Property was easy to find right on the main road. Short little walk to the beautiful beach directly across the street. Propert was neat and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. I traveled with my daughter so the double bed posed a problem. Pictures showed a day bed, but that must be in another unit. She was able to sleep on the love seat, but that might not work for others. Overall excellent property, would stay again.

The Pink House is conveniently located and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer. It is a short walk to the beach and it has a large second story deck, although we used the deck very little because we spent most of our time at the beaches, biking or kayaking. The first floor deck had a nice spot for rinsing off the sand after a beach visit. The wifi was spotty but the smart TV had Direct TV and streaming channels (if you have an account). The two coffee makers give you a choice of using pods or filters. Rented bikes and the free trolley made everywhere on the island easily accessible. A trolley stop is located across the street and a Publix grocery store is a 5-minute trolley ride away.

The Pink House Unit B was one of the best units I have stayed using VRBO for years now. The pictures do it perfect justice. It’s a nice quaint space with a 1 min walk to beach. The unit is literally across the street from the beach which was quiet, not crowded at all. The only tiny drawback was the bathroom. The shower and toilet do need updates but don’t let that detour you one bit. Great place and location! I would rent again for sure!!!

Right on the main st so easy access to beach, trolley or walk to restaurants! Cute shabby chic decor. Accommodations are simple but adequate!

Unit was dated and worn but very clean. Location is outstanding

We stayed for 2 nights and the house was as advertised. Location is great. I would suggest investing in some new sheets. The sheets were a little worn and kept coming off the bed. We also could not find a cutting board but we did not ask the host so it could be there and we just couldn’t find it. But overall those are minor complaints and the house is fine for a couple to relax and enjoy Anna Marie Island.

This little apartment was perfect for my husband and I! It was so cozy! With the location I thought it might be loud with it right on gulf dr. but I didn’t notice the noise! The beach is just a short walk down the street. Overall I would stay here again!!

Stay was great, cute quaint house.

We loved our stay here! Katie had thought of everything and provided plenty of TP, paper towels, and dish soap. She even provided laundry detergent for the washer and dryer downstairs. The location was perfect! The trolley stops practically right out the door and we were steps from the beach. We decided to skip the rental car and used the trolley to get around the island so it was nice that the stops were so close. We had a phenomenal stay at the pink house and will absolutely rent again next time we visit! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was bright and airy with a cozy welcoming atmosphere. So close to the beach and Bridge Street area with a free trolley stop right outside. The property was even better than the pictures. Had everything we needed. A wonderful place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! Thank you! We will be back!

Cute apartment with convenient location. Apartment was clean but if we had one issue it would be the smell of mold in the house. We did buy Lysol and air out the apartment which helped.

Superb apartment and location. All corresponence with property management was really good. Lock on the back door broke on the 2nd day & after i called they sent someone the same day & fixed it. It was perfect for a short stay & would definately reccommend this place

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint space. The balcony and kitchen were great perks. It was located close to beach access and right in the middle of Anna Maria Island, making all the major attractions very close. Bed could be more comfortable, but that's a trivial complaint. Great having laundry room access, beach chairs and umbrellas, and decor made the place visually appealing. Loved the breakfast nook, which we used nearly every day. Just a great space. Loved it and hope to stay there again next year!

Perfect location. Perfect mothers day. I would suggest if you are driving to the beach to get there by 8:00am. Traffic going into beach is very bad. It is the most beautiful beach and town I’ve been to here in Florida. Thank you for the perfect place to relax at end of day.

We rented the studio on the second floor. The stay was great. Haley took care of any questions or issues. You are not in the studio during the day. The second floor deck was enjoyable.

Our stay was on AMI was really fun & chill!! The house had a great location, clean, and was nicely furnished. Loved the deck! All as described! It was close to the beach, trolley stops, pretty close to food and shops. Liked the set up with a common locked entry for the 2 units. Thanks for a great introduction to island life!

The pink house has all the vibes of a cottage house! Decorated sweetly with pink floral touches throughout. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space to feel comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked and had all the appliances we needed, although a drip coffee maker would be a nice upgrade over the keurig style. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck for our morning coffee! Being able to walk just across the street to the beach was really nice! We thouroenjoyed our stay and would happily rent the Pink House again!

Great place to stay. Easy access to AMI beaches and restaurants. We will book this rental in the future.

We stayed in second floor apartment. Great location, clean, 1-2 minute walk to beach access, nicely appointed, shappy chic decor we both liked, reasonable rental rate, large deck that we enjoyed (not beach view ), would stay again gladly.

I wish I could give a bad review in hopes that less people book and I could have this little piece of heaven all to myself! Loved this house (clean, comfortable, had everything I could’ve needed), loved the location (very close to beach, food, shopping)…loved it all! Haley was super-easy to communicate with, replied back quickly on everything. Wish it was available for my dates next year!
