The location can't be beat! It was exactly what we were looking for!

We enjoyed staying a short walk from the gorgeous beach! The condo was small (it’s a studio) but it served our needs well. We also enjoyed spending time on the screened in balcony. My only complaint was that the floor was not clean. I walked on it barefoot and it had not been swept, and I couldn’t find a broom to sweep it myself.

The location was great. However the furnishings are overdue for replacement. The only bed was not comfortable & should be updated to a queen instead of a full. The counters in the bathroom were unusually tall & might be difficult for shorter guests to use. The sofa was lumpy & should be replaced.

Nice property but is a studio, not one bedroom. Very clean, Needs updated couch and dining table w chairs. Owner was very good with communication.

I did not like the fact that it was advertised as a 1 bedroom when it was a studio. also, there was lack of communication for the access to the unit.

Overall, price and communication was great! We got scammed through another booking site and needed this asap. Very clean, great for price, mattress wasn’t the best. Everything else was great!

Great place to relax and get some beach time in. My second visit

First 2 days were fine. I did think I was renting a 1 bedroom but it turned out to be a studio which was ok .The studio had all I needed. However all went wrong sunday night as I came back to a flood which also happened twice . Monday morning it turned out I was woke up by roofers who were there the whole time I was renting as they were very loud. Lastly I was locked out in the hot sun with my 3 year old grandson. After many conversations with VRBO I was refunded my money which I was grateful for as I had to spend the rest of my time at a hotel.

This review is for this property we were supposed to stay in NOT the one we actually stayed in that was amazing. It does not appear the owners of this property have put $1 into it in 20yrs. Everything extremely dated and just worn out. Ac didn't work when we arrived and the property manger relocated us to a property that we have stayed in before in the same complex. There is reason this property is available and it's a shame the owners do not reinvest in what could be a wonderful vacation spot. Thank you Cindy for helping make things right and greatly appreciated.

Stay was fine, very tight for 4 people though. Our names were not at the security gate as promised. The counter level in the bathrooms is very odd.

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo, they have extras for your stay including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels. If you are looking for a quiet romantic get away this is perfect and packing light is possible because of the washer and dryer in the room. We loved this little condo.
I do have one suggestion for the owner, which is upgrade the main bed as it doesn't sleep as comfortable as I would have liked. This is absolutely the only issue we had with our stay. a thicker mattress would take care of this issue.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute studio condo with veranda & walking distance to beach. They had all of the necessities from extra toilet paper, paper towels to laundry detergent. Also had a beach umbrella with beach chairs. We didn't get to enjoy the beach except for one day because it was mostly chilly the 1st two days but we still enjoyed ourselves. The host had really good communication & even let us check in early which was a plus! A lot of the reviews talked about the high counter tops, they didn't bother us & were no problem. Thank you again for your hospitality!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as described and more! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach across the parking lot and the beach is private with no crowds! Will 100% rent again!

Wifi goes out FREQUENTLY!!!! Streaming TV isn’t great. Counters are very tall, need a step stool to brush teeth. Otherwise, nice unit.

Lovely setting almost on the beach. Good wifi for work. Basic amenities. Adequate cleanliness. Spacious studio, very dark in evening, ceiling light/fan not functional. I just moved lamp to side table by the Murphy bed to read at night. Lanai was filthy, did not use. Slept well, very quiet. Single female traveler, I felt quite safe.

The location was fantastic. I had great internet which was needed as I had to work from this location. Cleanliness needed some work. The screened in porch was very dirty. There were a few large dead palmetto bug was on the floor in the living room . A storm door that fit on the front door may help with this. The shower ledge was dirty and I cleaned before use. The only other issue was that the bed was not as described . It was a regular sized bed

The owners must be thrilled at how little they spent decorating and outfitting this unit. Unfortunately, renters notice. One wine glass, one coffee filter, one lamp, one chair, and one couch. the counters are so high, it is laughable and there is no stool to try to reach the small coffee maker or ice cube trays. in the cupboard. Of course, no ice in the freezer. The quality of this place is not what we expect from VRBO.

All check-in procedures were seamless. Everything is there that I needed and the owner/manager helped me a couple of times with location of pool, etc. I would stay here again!

Fantastic condo right off the beach
Location is fantastic. Can’t be more than 100 yards from door to ocean. Beach Access point has showers for sand.
2 miles to tpc seagrass, great 2 mile sidewalk to micklers beach. There on the 4th of July and we were able to grab a section of beach completely to ourselves.
The room is well depicted in the pictures, but can’t say we were in it much.
Thanks and we would absolutely rent this place again on our next trip.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very close walk to the beach. Nice accommodations. Not noisy. Beautiful scenery. Easy access to really good food. Would definitely stay here or as close to here again!

Pretty close to great
Great location if you're looking for a quiet hideout a a few steps from a private-to-residents beach. The bed is surprisingly firm, but I slept great on it. It's a dark condo and my one suggestion would be to add a couple side tables with lamps near the bed and chair to allow for reading.

My January 12-20, 2022 stay
This location was just perfect for me. My few suggestions would be provide hangers (there were none, so I bought some and left them), box of tissue would be nice, and an outdoor light that works for night time access. My one complaint was that when I stripped the linens off the bed the morning of my departure, one of the pillows was splattered with blood!!! I did not notice this with the pillow cover on. This is both unsanitary and disgusting!! I would definitely question the housekeeping crew about why this happened. Thanks much. Georgene Waecker
