Great condo on the river with convenient access to bike and hiking trails of all skill levels, free concerts at Beaver Creek and Nottingham park as well as walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the stay and accommodations.

Higher end amenities in a great Avon location. We would definitely return.

Great location and loved the stay

The property is accurately described and exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, we noted a number of deficiencies and missing items from the previous renters included a graphic and obscene entry in the owner guest book. Imagine such disrespect. The owner quickly went into action and amended all deficiencies and offered a credit off any future rentals from her network of properties. Careful who you rent to.

This is a nice property with great location for skiing at Beaver Creek. Nicely appointed. The only downside is the bed in the master bedroom. It is a memory foam mattress that is super firm (hard as a rock) and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Owner is very particular about damage and asking you to pay for normal wear and tear so be sure to inspect the property carefully and call out anything you see upon arrival.

Overall very nice. The place was clean, roomy and comfortable. Not the most convenient for getting on and off the mountain but OK. Would have been nice to have more direct communication instead of just VRBO app.

We were seriously misled by the owner of this property. BEWARE! The pics are nice but nowhere close to describing this place. The “garage” was so full of personal stuff there was no room to park our normal sized SUV. The parking is first come first served too just NOT near enough spaces close to accommodate the people living in this complex. Further, 4 days before our scheduled departure the owner texted me and said she JUST found out that we needed to park our vehicle down the ways due to the parking lot being worked on a 7am the next day. We went outside to find bulldozers and dump trucks headed our way. We ran into another property owner that left a note on our SUV telling us we needed to move it. We were also told all property owners knew about this months before. She did not just find out about the work on the parking lot…Not one word in the listing from this owner! We also found an ironing board just no iron. They did have Amazon Fire tv just not regular cable or satellite like one would expect for the price. The internet speed for tv was slow and always getting timed out. Terrible! We saw a gas grill in the garage but were not able to use it either as it was tucked away in the garage. The stove was also a challenge but after a few meals we figured out how to work it okay. The river was beautiful but we really could not even enjoy the sound of it because the place had NO AC! We could not keep windows open as it was too hot! Normally it might not be a problem in the mountains but again, it was hot during our stay. We also could not walk down to the river without wading through waist high weeds! Even with all the problems we were managing okay until the text 30 min before we had to leave to attend our friends wedding about having to have our vehicle moved by 7am the next day due to the construction on the parking lot! That set me off!!! I sent a text to this owner about my displeasure and that we were upset! The biggest thing that was… the very nasty and negative attitude of the owner. She acted as if it was all our fault. Never once did she apologize for our inconvenience. She said she was on a cruise and did not have time to help us when we had questions we needed to just read the directions. She even threatened me with legal action if I left a negative review and sent me her husband’s website link indicating he was an attorney! We left that night! We will not return to this place. Be careful here!

This was the most beautifully decorated condo with amazing views of the river and mountains! Our host was amazing! She was very responsive and accommodating. This was the best VRBO experience we've ever had and would highly recommend to friends and family!
