We enjoyed our stay. We ran into a couple of snags but they were there fixing the issues quickly. The place fit all 6 of us comfortably. It’s on the beach so just a quick walk over the dunes and you’re there. Beautiful view from top deck. Had everything we could possibly need and the owner was very responsive. I feel we will be back next year.

We had a wonderful week at Sunrise Paradise! The house was the perfect size for my family of 4. The beachfront location and amazing views made our vacation to Kitty Hawk extra-special! Joanna, Ken and Terry were friendly and responsive when we had a minor issue at the house. The kitchen equipment needs some updating, otherwise…highly recommend Sunrise Paradise!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and our first beach house. We usually stay in hotels but wanted something different. This house did not disappoint! The house was clean, communication was good, and right on the beach. This house had everything we needed! Would stay here again.

We loved the house and the location. Property managers were awesome. I highly recommend the house for anyone wanting a beachfront house. Well worth the price and the house has all you need to make it your home away from home for your vacation stay.

Great location right on the beach yet close enough for food, other activities. Communication with the host was outstanding. Small problem with the wifi, response was immediate and problem fixed a short time later. Bedding not as clean as it could have been, however, this is easily corrected and overall the stay was fantastic!

The house was even nicer then the photos and the location was great! The main living on the top level was fantastic with one of the best views on the beach! The kitchen was well equipped, the house was nice and clean and the beds were comfy! We had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to make it back soon! Thank you!

Great place - best beach view!
This house was perfect for our family of 6. The third floor was higher than the surrounding houses providing not only a superior view but a sense of privacy. We had a full view of the beach over the dune. Watching the sunrise from the deck was spectacular! Partway through our trip the AC on the top floor stopped working. Ken and Terry came right out and had it fixed in no time. They were very professional and super friendly. This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we feel like we got very lucky with this house - right on the beach, close to everything we needed and a great view! Thanks Joanna!

Name says it all !
This was our first OuterBanks vacation. We would not settle for anything other than a beach front house. This house was perfect for us. We watched the sunrise every morning from a new upper deck. We all enjoyed the ocean. It was also nice, to have most anything we needed close by.

One of the few great spots on the beach
We found this rare gem and had an amazing time. From experience we knew how important is was to find a house with a 3rd level. This gave us unbelievable ocean views and we couldn't have been happier. It is the perfect spot for families with sand for playing in front of the house, boogie boards for use, and the hot tub. A definate must visit!

Perfect beach location
Comfortable house with the beach and ocean as its front yard. Loved the private beach access and the view from the 2nd-floor livingroom and deck. Fell asleep to the noise of the surf. Wonderful!

Beautiful Retreat
We had been planning our getaway for almost a year and Wow! This house, view, and neighborhood did not disappoint. All of our questions were answered timely and the view is absolutely stunning. Joanna was a joy. We want to stay again!

Great house, right on the beach
This was a great house for a small family to stay on an area of the beach that was not overly trafficked. The house itself is in good condition, better than some other rentals in Kitty Hawk, was my sense. The AC worked great, all the appliances worked fine too. Everything was really as advertised. The area of Kitty Hawk is not exactly pedestrian friendly but we did walk to a local ice cream place, Wink's (about a 10 minute walk or so), a few times, and that was fun. We saw dolphins several times from the deck and took numerous walks on the beach as well!

Comfortable home in a great location
Great house right on the beach! It was super convenient to be only steps from the water. Plus when we weren't at the beach, we could still watch the waves from the living room and deck. The top deck is a bit higher than the houses on either side, giving a nice bit of privacy. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Really can't beat the location -- a great stay all around!

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect - right on the beautiful beach which was not crowded at all, with convenient drives to Corolla, Kitty Hawk attractions, Duck, and Nags Head. Grocery store, other shopping, and restaurants all a short drive. The views from the living room and kitchen and from the two decks are beautiful. Wifi/TV worked great. There is a gas grill present on property but it did not really heat. There is only one beach chair, but a bunch of Adirondack-style chairs. Being right on the beach there are some bugs. We definitely recommend this property and thank Joanna for the great experience!

Wonderful property!
We are forever spoiled after this stay. It is completely on the beach. We felt comfortable enough to send our older children (10&12) down to the beach ahead of us. The beach was not crowded at all, and the house was wonderful. There was ample bedroom space, the kitchen was just what we needed, and there were several conveniences (I’m a fan of a washer and dryer). Perhaps the most convenient was the covered area outside to store beach stuff and wash off before going in. The owner always responded quickly to my messages, and the property was very clean. Stay here! You won’t regret it!

Amazing Ocean View!
Incredible ocean views from top floor. Can sit on sofa, look out the sliding glass doors, and enjoy the view! House is very nice and conveniently located. We traveled north one day for a wild horse tour and south one day to see Bodie Island and Hatteras lighthouses. Enjoyed our stay!

Great house, great location
Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. The view is amazing. We woke up to beautiful sunrises and had dolphins swimming in front of the house nearly every morning. This house is well maintained and in a great location. The owner was quick to respond to questions and we had no issues during our stay. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Escape!
Great location, right on the beach, and close to everything. House was very warm and inviting. New dishwasher was a delight. Would definitely rent again, owner was super quick in responding and a pleasure to work with.
