Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We enjoyed the peaceful house, and had a lot of fun family time in the pool and playing games.

The house is very large and clean and a great place to hang out and catch up with family. Communication with the host was prompt and she was able to offer suggestions for things we needed.
There were a couple of hiccups during our stay but the host was available for us to let her know what was happening. I suggest reading the house notes thoroughly upon arrival so you will know more about the schedule while you are there.

A great house for a big group. Garage Game room a plus!

This house was perfect for our group! We had a mix of 65+, all the way down to 2 years old. The house layout was exactly what we needed, the bunk room and two of the other rooms are on the garage/side which allowed for some separation from the early am risers, and those who wanted to sleep in.
The outdoor area is perfect for kids. The fenced in yard allowed for kids to run around, and adults could watch from the pool!
Their was no detail spared in this home, and if we ever stay in Texas again, we will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed a bit longer. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, welcoming, well appointed, and clean. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating during the booking process. We loved the bonus game room in the garage and the outdoor living area. Wish it wasn’t so hot right now as the outdoor/game area would be even more enjoyable. We’re already planning a return visit to enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking in the secluded, quiet canal (which was also very clean).

For the past 10 years we have taken our children and grandchildren to the Hill Country each summer for a family vacay. This was our first time to stay at this property and it turned out to be the family favorite by far. The house was clean, beautiful and well stocked. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen and living room were great for gathering us all together. Both adults and children enjoyed the beautiful pool, backyard and game room full of activities. The paddle boards and kayaks were a real treat. The property manager, Sharon was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

This place looks exactly like the pictures! We enjoyed every minute and Sharon was very quick to respond! Perfect location, WONDERFUL POOL, close enough to town to run in for supplies, but far enough away to feel like you’re on vacation! Thank you, Sharon!

We had the best time at Sleepy Oaks Farmhouse. Sharon quickly responded to any questions we had. The home is well-stocked and equipped. It has everything to make a vacation fabulous and the cove was nice and serene. Loved every minute of our stay, and hope to go again.

We stayed at the Farmhouse and it was amazing! The house is clean and beautifully decorated and is fully stocked for everyone to enjoy! The house was so comfortable and even had some pool toys and kids toys in the playroom! We had some delicious bbq from the green egg, enjoyed the pool, kayaked on the lake and ended each night with movies in the comfortable living room! The host was awesome to work with and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Celebrate my daughter's graduation. We love the house, kayak and hung in the pool. Super spacious, beds were comfortable, fully equipped to entertain.

It’s a lovely property. All ages enjoyed it. The teens stayed on the paddle boards and kayaks. The little ones loved the pool and all loved the game room. It is a well set up property!!

If your looking for a house that has it all this is it. The hot tub was great!!! The pool is very cold but it was perfect to jump in to cool off. The kids enjoy the paddle board. The beds were comfy. We played poker and there is all kinds off different games also. We definitely wold love to go back sometime!

Every year we celebrate a late Christmas with our family at an airbnb. We had an amazing time here! The home was perfect for our large family. Heating the pool was totally worth it - the boys loved it!

Communication with Sharon was easy and fast. Since them moment we sent an inquiry about the place, all the way through check-in, the service we received was great. Place was for work meeting and we were able to work in such a relaxing environment. We will definitely be considering this place for future company events, and family gatherings as well. Thanks!!!

We stayed here with 3 families. Lots of room to move around. So many extra touches provided that were used and appreciated. The house and grounds were so clean. The neighbors were quiet during quiet hours and respectful of one another. The property manager was professional and responsive. Bring an extra cooler to store ice for drinks as we were unable to use the built in freezer ice machine. Would definitely recommend and return.

Our family loved this property ! It was stocked well with even spices that we needed. The property manager was timely when we had a problem and there were nice personal touches throughout the house. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and separate game room.

Lake Times
Beautiful home that was perfect for a family trip to the lake. Everyone had plenty of room and we spent many hours playing outside in the pool and play area. You need to have some boating experience to get in and out to big water but you can always just pick up boat at rental location. Fun time for sure!

Family fun
This was a great house for our family. Plenty of rooms for my three adult children and their spouses, 2 grandkids plus my husband and me. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware. Sharon even purchased a crockpot for us after we asked if one was available. We rented a boat one afternoon and we were glad the rental company gave us a lesson on how to safely get through the very low and narrow opening from the canal into the main lake. The construction across the canal from our house wasn’t too noisy and my grandkids were entertained by watching the digger fill the dump truck. We would definitely come back to this home again.

Beautiful home, and beautiful lake.
We stayed for a long weekend with family. The home layout was great for all individuals. Home is done very well with upgraded fixtures and accents. The pool was cool, and refreshing. The game room was a hit with the teens. The proximity to lake was good. We rented a boat and went to the sandbar to hangout a few days. We loved it! Sharon was so responsive as well.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay in this amazing home. The house had tons of storage in bedrooms and bathrooms for a big group, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The outdoor area and pool/ hot tub were perfect. Sharon was so easy to work with and very responsive! We'll definitely be back!
