This was a nice house. Busy street which we did not know when we booked it. The pictures are deceiving. The pictures would make you believe it was more modern than it was. It is a very clean house with older furnishings and decor. The bathrooms are small with very little water pressure. The master room was nicer than the second room which was painted in a mint green. The carpet in both bedrooms needs to be replaced. The property manager was awesome. Answered all questions quickly and made sure we had what we needed. The pool is amazing. The views are stunning and the house is located near honking and restaurants. We paid for heat in the pool. and enjoyed floating with our own floats. Yes there were floats there but nothing to blow them up with.

This property is just great. The location is perfect. Safeway just down the street , walking distance.. it is on a busy street but you absolutely don’t notice it inside the house and there is no traffic at night . The kitchen is fantastic , very well appointed. And open to the living area which has lots of comfy seating which we appreciate. Now the best part, the backyard is incredible. Spectacular view and sunrises. Incredible pool. Lots of seating under a large covered porch. Just amazing. !!! Lots of pool floaters and noodles and such. The linens were soft and lovely, comfy beds. The property manager was fantastic and called back within minutes for any questions we had. Highly highly recommend this property

This home was in a great location. Within a mile of Safeway and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and the pool was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The back yard was very private. The house is on a main street, but road noise was very minimal. The misters on the back patio were not yet working, but other than that, everything was wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at 31 Palms! Fountain Hills is a beautiful area. The home was immaculate and the location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. We spent 3 nights here and hated to leave. The home has every convenience. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which was very nice. The pool is off the charts beautiful with an amazing view of the Superstitious mountain range. Even though this home is in a populated area, and close to a somewhat busy road - it was extremely quiet. We loved this home and will not hesitate to book it again the next time we are in Phoenix! The only small complaint I would have is that the misters were not yet working on the back patio - but that will soon be completed I was told by the caretakers. Do not hesitate to book this property, you will not be sorry!

The pool and back patio are very comfortable and nice. Love the views and how you don’t have neighbors right on top of you. I have nothing but good things to say. The best way to put it is, we are already planning to come back next year. Fountain Hills is a great town. It was easy to get to and from. The Safeway grocery store is just down the street which was quite convenient. Oh, and if you are looking for a nice place to sit and enjoy a beautiful view and cocktail I can’t recommend more Sun Ridge golf course and their restaurant Wicked Six. They have the best margarita I have ever had and I may have had a few in my days :). This is maybe a half mile away. Pete was always quick to write back if we had a question. It was never over anything that was wrong. Thank you all for a great trip and helping make my wife’s birthday so rememberable. Can’t wait until next year!!!

The view sells this place, but the house itself is wonderful too. Having 2 king beds is great feature as well. The managers were very accommodating and helpful. I wouldn't change a thing.
