My family of six stay at this spacious beach condo twice a year. We love renting this three bedroom condo because of the close walk to the beach and beach stuff is available to use. It is always clean and well stocked of the items you need to get started. Plenty of comfortable beds for the family - even the large couch is comfortable for sleeping. The rain showers are amazing! Big open kitchen and plenty of seating for everyone. Back patio is nice for eating meals outside and a grill to use.

We rented this house as a group when we traveled to Florida for a launch. There was ample space for everyone. The location was convenient. Everyone agreed it was a good choice.

We enjoyed staying at Marcelo’s place. It was clean, newly renovated and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our boys were happy to have their own rooms/beds and we were grateful to be able to bring our dog with us. Marcelo was prompt to answer our questions and remedy any situation that occurred. This place was great. We stayed with our family of 4 (with a 8 and 2 year old). 3 min walk to the beach, lots of beach items in the garage. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. Rooms were big, bathrooms were clean. Everything was wonderful.

The unit was very clean and had many amenities like beach chairs, surf boards, bikes, etc. It was also nice that there were many other crucial items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc., so you didn’t have to go out and buy. All in all a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. The only negative perhaps was the outside appearance of the condos in general. It appears that they all maintain their own exterior, so their is no consistency in siding and roofing. Looks odd, but they are all properly maintained. May not be important to most. Two blocks from the beach would be nice for those that do that, we were golfers.

It was a great easy experience. The house was even better than the pictures showed with awesome rain showers and nice big rooms. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach that wasn’t very crowded. Short distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and activities! Will definitely keep in mind if I come back to the area!

Perfect location just 2 blocks from the beach. Very comfortable stay with all amenities you might need. We would definitely stay again.

The condo’s location and size was perfect for our family. My mom lives in Melbourne and we live in Florida, so we were not interested in the beach…(plus it was cold by Floridian standards), but it looked like they have amble supplies for guest who were interested in the beach. The condo was bery clean, rooms sizes were spacious and nicely decorated with modern furniture and appliances. The soft pastel blue colors inside were perfect for a Florida vacation. The manager replied to any questions or concerns we had quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner for our family.

We had a wonderful stay at this property which was walking distance to the beach (5 min) and easy access to other interests. Probably the cleanest and most beautiful condo we have rented. Plenty of space, up-to-date amenities and rooms, modern bathrooms, and many areas to relax (patio, spacious living room). The large bedrooms were on the second floor and were perfect. This condo is close to many restaurants, the Carib Brewery, beach (where we saw a rocket launch), mini golf and grocery store. Marcelo was a great host and immediately responsive to any questions. If you're looking for a spacious, clean, easy access property, this is it! You won't be disappointed.

I will give this rental a 5 star. Probably the best vacation rental me and my family have been. The rooms and bed were spacious and clean. All amenities listed were there. All enquiries were immediately answered by Marcelo. 5 minutes stroll from the beach!. Could not have imagined it to be that good. It's a gem!

This is a wonderful property. It was very clean, very well maintained, and looked even better in person. It is less than a five minute walk from the beach. Marcelo is a great host, extremely helpful, and responds to any messages within a matter of minutes. I would certainly recommend this listing to anyone, and we will definitely be looking to stay there again! Great overall experience and zero complaints!

Close to beach, quiet neighborhood

What a great find! This house is just far enough away from the bustle of Cocoa Beach to enjoy some peace and quiet but close enough to join in the fun. The house had great parking and was much bigger than we anticipated. It's clear it is newly renovated with comfortable beds and TVs in all the bedrooms (my teens loved having their own space). Cocoa Beach is fun but this house is only a 5 min walk from a much quieter beach. The beach is huge, perfect sand, lots of shells, and great waves. The house has outdoor showers and chairs/toys for the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

This rental was wonderful for my family. So pretty, loved the open floor plan on the 1st level. Bedrooms were spacious. Everything was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Beach was just a block away. Appreciated the kitchen having the standard cupboard staples available. Salt, pepper. Sugar. Toilet paper. Trash bags, etc. So nice! Will definitely rent again!! Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is fully updated and very pretty and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable. It is one block from the ocean, and there are beach chairs and accessories to use. We also made use of the balconies and patio table for dinners etc. There was a small issue with the lock, and Marcelo responded immediately to every message I sent. He is a great host. Highly recommend.

An easy walk to the beach! The highlight of our family vacation was to walk to the beach to watch a nighttime rocket launch! The house is nicely remodeled and very modern and clean. Can’t wait for our next visit to see family and will definitely stay here again! Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach has so much to do nearby.
