We were able to book a room at this hotel last minute when my daughter and I were in Detroit for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to needed an early check-in in order to get ready for the concert. The room was available 4 hours early. We were incredibly grateful. The room was very clean and comfortable. If we are ever in the Detroit area again, we will definitely consider staying at this hotel.

only had breakfast the day we were to check out... was surprised at the amount of items to choose from... was expecting the usual continental items... the abundance of choices of bagels, cereals, biscuit items was great! I didn't try any but many of the other guests were enjoying them. appreciated the way the hostess had everything set up; it was easy to get to the food choices and she was very friendly and professional. she seemed to really enjoy her job; her attitude towards the guests showed she was there to make sure you enjoyed the fare and her smile was genuine.

breakfast hours could stand to be longer; many guests like to sleep in late especially on weekends.

Clean room, great layout. Great TV stations, Detroit Tiger games. Easy access to church and travel.

Water pressure in shower could be better but it worked out.

The staff is very accommodating. It's quiet for the most part and I love their 24 hour coffee machine.

The guest over our room was very noisy. They woke up my fiance and I stomping on the floor at 3:00 early Saturday morning and we could not go back to sleep.

It's very clean, quiet atmosphere and the staff is extremely exceptional and friendly.

I have no dislikes about this hotel. I will definitely be staying here again.🤗

The shower was huge and had great water pressure.

Missed having a padded comfortable chair in the room, had only the desk chair.
