Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 81 Sea Street. The house was clean, outdoor shower was wonderful and bonus that linens were provided. The proximity to Sea Street Beach was more than ideal. Bill was very responsive with all communication. The small touch of the welcome note and bottle of wine was a lovely surprise after a long day of travel. We brought most of what we needed for our week but it would have been helpful if the kitchen had a few more bowls for food storage.

Our three granddaughters look forward to spending time at "their vacation house". The extra playroom in the barn is a clean, quiet place for them to play games or watch TV when they're not running around the great front and back lawns. All this is just a 10 minute walk to Sea Street Beach, one of the Cape's best beaches for young kids. It features mild, clear water with gentle surf and acres of tidal pools on firm sand which big kids can walk for miles. The old neighborhood made up of many 18th and 19th century homes creates a distinct aura of an established community without the frantic pace and tightly packed developments found elsewhere. Our kids, big and little, are already looking forward to next year.

The location in proximity to the beach is perfect. A quiet street. The backyard was a favorite hangout for the kids as well as adults. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

First time I rented the house and it was great. The main house was large with a very nice kitchen and living room. The detached garage was nice as well with lots of bed. It would be ideal for a family with kids. Great quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. The owner Billy could not have been more accommodating. Overall I would rent it again.

We rented this property for our son’s wedding as we wanted our family in one home. Spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped, pristine interior, a nice stroll to the shore. We enjoyed everything about this weekend including our communication with the owner, Billy. We’d love to return to this home, again!

Awesome cottage and barn getaway that is 1/2 mile to beach. Super clean, well laid out, big kitchen with mattress toppers that make sleeping super comfortable.

The location of this home could not be beat!! The house had everything we could possibly need. Communication with the owner was wonderful! Would definitely recommend!

Our grandkids (now 6,6 and 10) have adopted this as "their" house and only the promise of a return trip next year keeps them from tears as we leave. The house offers extra room for the kids to play, a spacious yard with a new fire pit and shed and beautiful gardens. Best of all, Sea Street Beach might be the best beach for kids on the Cape. The gradual slope of sand offers calm shallow waters, tidal pools, and acres of firm sand on lower tides on which to walk run and play. Just about perfect. We'll be back.

We had a fabulous week at this lovely Cape Cod home! Gorgeous neighborhood, short walk to the beach and well appointed home. Great place for a family vacation.

This house is PERFECT- within walking distance of Sea Street beach and Crowe Pasture conservation land (excellent birding!), great backyard for grilling and incredibly well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, more than enough beds in enough bedrooms, classic Cape styling, and the house is oriented to catch Cape breezes. It was even better than I thought from the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property served well for the purpose. Relationship with owner outstanding (we always appreciate direct contact with the owners when using VRBO, and Billy was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

We stay every year N of 6A in Brewster but a forced to bounce around and look last minute as my vacation schedule is unpredictable. 2021 was a tight rental year so this was a fancier property than we’d typically choose, and in Dennis rather than Brewster. Included linens and bikes were awesome so factor this into your budgeting. Beach is an easy walk (so easy that many of us preferred to do it with no shoes and there were some discussions with parents about this!). As others have mentioned, layout of bedrooms is a little quirky, with one large multi person bedroom in a second building (this was great for four autonomous teens/tweens but would also work well for a second family with young kids): a daybed first floor room is an awkward full time option. There are 3 showers and a tub. One shower is in the second building: one is an outdoor shower with privacy issues (overlooked by stairs) and one is in a kitchen-adjacent room shared with the laundry, which has 2 doors and receives a lot of traffic. So this can be awkward unless your group communicates well and showers fast! Outdoor areas are maximally enjoyable, with grill, some shade, flat grassy lawn, bikes, lawn games, chairs, fire pit. We loved our stay and our kids are begging to go back next year.

Beautiful property with a relatively short walk to gorgeous Sea St beach. Spotless with all amenities. We stayed with two families (sisters), each with adult children and teens. The “barn” with the den downstairs was an awesome oasis for the “kids” to watch TV and play video games once all the beaching was done. Would definitely stay again.

81 Sea st was better than advertised. It easily sleeps 12 plus more if you have little ones. The family had a great time in the yard after the beach. The beach is a easy walk and you can drop off if you don’t want to pay $25 to park.

Nice little bungalo close to the beach. Clean and neat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Window AC's were a bit noisy and stairs up to annex bedroom were uncovered / outdoors and steep, but overall nothing we couldn't endure for our stay. The bicycles were handy and fun. While it sleeps 12, the main living part of the house is better suited for fewer. We had 6 and were comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience spending the long weekend at this property. I can’t say enough about how great the house is! The inside is very modern and super cute, and comfortably slept 8 adults. The cape decor was great and having the detached barn was an added bonus. The yard and surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous. The house is nicely private and a short walk to sea st beach. The beach is nice and super cool how the tide goes out far! Highly recommend this property for a fun cape trip. The host billy was very friendly and accommodating with check in / check out (we did not rent during peak season). We will likely stay here again if we go back!

Nice location and property, needs to have many burned out light bulbs replaced and back door capable of locking but very nice otherwise! Would definitely stay again.

My friends and I headed to the Cape for a golf weekend and stayed here for three nights. We were happy with our stay and would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice place to stay during their vacation. The house was just what we needed. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen and dining area was spacious and had all the things needed to cook, hang out, and so on. The front and backyard had enough space for yard games. The barn next to the house had two floors that were also very nice, clean, and comfy. All of the bathrooms were clean and there was hot water for showers. The neighbors were also friendly. On top of all that, the beach was only a quick walk away. Lastly, when we first arrived we needed help with something and Billy and Michelle were responsive and helped us right away. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to a friend or anyone else looking to spend time down at the Cape.

We stayed here for just a few days and we loved it! There was plenty of room for us and our extended family. The house had everything we needed and a great yard for the kids to run around. The neighborhood was beautiful. My sister and I even went for a run one morning. It was about a half mile walk to the beach and totally worth it! The beach goes forever at low tide. We lucked out with some warm April days and our kids even went in the water. There was also a small parking lot which we utilized toward the end of our stay for convenience. The beds were comfortable, which is something I pay attention to! Having the barn house was awesome for being able to house everyone. We would definitely rent this house again!

The property was really fantastic! The layout of the house allowed for my group to spend some good quality time together, but thanks to the second house/garage we were able to separate and take some time for ourselves when needed. We were really appreciative of all of the cooking utensils and counter space, which made making meals very enjoyable. There was also a lot of yard space for spending time outside (there's a cute swing on the side of the house where I sat and read in the mornings). The host (Will), was also super fantastic about getting in touch with me and speaking about the property and what it had to offer. I would recommend this place to anyone! (The short walk to the beach was also great)

One of the best appointed homes we've ever rented, it offers a spacious yard for the kids to enjoy and an easy walk to one of the best family beaches on the Cape. We're already looking forward to going back.
