The location was awesome. No manager on duty…made it hard to get tokens for laundry. The bathrooms were not cleaned from previous guests nor was bedding washed. I would ask that a manager be on site to show the property. Ryan was nice enough but not there to see the disarray. Sent photos of the grossness but pictures can’t relay the smell. Only cleaner on site was a fabric disinfectant and wipes. Will NOT recommend.

The condo was everything I’d imagined and more. The view was wonderful. Rian was very responsive. I’ll definitely stay here again!!

We stayed at your condo for a long weekend visiting our friend. It was the perfect location because she lived up the hill. We didn't spend much time in the condo as we were out and about every day, but it had everything necessary for us. The one comment I would make is that having ant traps would be a good idea. The kitchen was overrun with ants and I sent a message and it took a day to get a response. The property manager said to use the spray, but I was not comfortable using ant spray around food. The ants were all over the spices and food in the cabinet. Being from Florida, I understand those little ants are hard to get rid of, but getting some Tarro traps and setting them around the kitchen would help.

This rental was clean, comfortable, air conditioned, beautiful views, peaceful, relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you also for your help prior to our trip.

My family and I were looking for a quick and easy getaway and Estate Golden Rock fit the bill perfectly. There was a minor bump in the reservation process, bu it was not Rian’s fault and he went out of his way to make it right. Communication was excellent. The condo is located in a great spot with easy access to everywhere on the the island as there is a major intersection just a few blocks away. Area around the condo is quiet and while it was Sargassum season they did a good job getting most of it off the beach, however is seaweed really bothers you then go at a different time of year. As it was my youngest son loved playing in it. The pool was nice and the rest of the grounds were well maintained. Although we don’t play, tennis is a big deal with several nice courts. A/C was cold and kitchen was well stocked. My wife fell in love with the sheets on the loft bed and I must admit they we were super soft. The balcony was great for enjoying early morning coffee and watching the sunrise. The sighting of hummingbirds and the occasional mongoose on the property was an unexpected delight. I would recommend this place and host to anyone that wants a taste of a fun island, but also has the option of just chilling out.

Rian was quick to respond and was super heplful. His property had an amazing view and was decorated in a lovely manner. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Clean and very easy checkin & checkout process. Property has everything you need for your stay. The beach is not nice enough to go in the water but provides some nice views! The restaurant on the property was amazing! Overall enjoyed our stay.

Everything was just perfect, it was exactly as the pictures! We loved that the balcony faced the beach. The location was perfect close to the grocery stores, gas station and easy to locate.

The condo was very nice and clean, had all the things you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the pool was close by. They had lounge chairs by each tiki umbrella on the beach, but we were disappointed to find out that this time of year (April), there is a lot of seaweed that washes ashore, so getting in the water wasn’t experiences at this beach. They did have it cleaned, and we still enjoyed just sitting on the beach. During our stay, we ran into a few hiccups, but Rian was quick to respond and resolve. He is a great host.

Nice condo. Great views. Fairly well stocked kitchen especially since it is a condo. We snorkeled off the beach but the seasonal seaweed gets a little in the way. We made a short drive to the Fredricstead pier and saw turtle and stingrays while snorkeling. Nice quiet place with beautiful grounds snd pool. We would stay here again for sure.

We just booked a stay in late March and had the perfect time because of our Airbnb. We wanted to lay on the beach with some drinks and just relax without having to worry too much about other people being around. That’s exactly what we got, the beach was right in the backyard with a gated pool and a restaurant Breeze (great selection of food). The beach wasn’t the best for swimming because of seaweed but it was manageable with our Teva sandals. The inside of the Airbnb was even better than the photos made it looked. Checking in was easy, the whole place was clean. The view of the coast was amazing from the inside. The beds and pull out sofa were comfortable especially the master bedroom. The overall location was perfect for us too, Christiansted was less than a 10 minute drive away and with help from all the information provided by reception getting a taxi was no problem and reasonably priced. A couple nights we stayed in and used the TV which worked perfectly too, wifi was provided but sometimes was a little spotty. When we come back to St.Croix we’ll definitely be booking here again because of how smooth and perfect everything went, I definitely recommend to anyone wanting some seclusion during this pandemic.

Property was great and just as described. Owners were easy to communicate with and checked in to be sure all was well during our stay. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again!

The property was great! It is nicer in person than even it appears in the listing photos. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook our meals and the grocery store is nearby. We had a baby with us and were hoping to buy a pack n play when we got to the island but couldn't find one. We messaged the host just before our arrival to see if he had any connections to one and he was gracious enough to order one on amazon. It didn't come in in time for us to use it before we left, but just the fact that he definitely tried to go the extra mile to help was really kind. One thing we thought could be improved a little was that the upstairs loft bedroom was a little warm at night even with the A/C running. It wasn't unbearable, but we had the ceiling fan and the provided box fan going as well as the A/C going all night which we felt kind of bad about since the hosts guidebook, along with several notes around the condo, asked us not to run them that often because of the expensive cost of electricity on the island. That section of the beach is not the most swimmable with all of the sea grass but the view of the water is gorgeous! Overall it was a comfortable stay and a nice condo that is within a short drive to several attractions!

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Communication was a pleasure. The condo was perfect - clean, well stocked, location, view. The pictures and description was accurate - everything was better than we anticipated and we are so happy that we chose this property! We cant say enough positive things about our stay!!
