We found this amazing home right in the middle of town and everything going on as well so close to the bus and walking to towns near by also! The owners were so sweet and amazing and we spoke with them every single day! I managing company is beyond helpful and amazing and will help with any single thing you need to get around! The beds arent the most comfortable and for a group of 4, the size was a bit small. Nonetheless, we will look into renting this space again the next time we go to Seaside.

Beds were typical for rentals. The bathrooms were great with lots of towels. Kitchen serviceable - having a fire detector close to the cooktop isn't ideal. So I learned to cook my bacon and chicken on the grill on the deck.:) I'll be honest reading it was pet-friendly made me think perhaps it would be a bit worn down and not very nice. Completely the opposite. A nice space that is well maintained. The porch was clutch. Beach access a couple min walk across the way. Would recommend.

This was a nice property in the heart of the action in Seaside. It has a great wrap around balcony with views of the shopping district, the amphitheater, and the water in the distance. Close to everything! The living areas are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We appreciated the two bathrooms and laundry. Our kids and our pup had a blast people watching when we weren't at the beach or out exploring. The property managers were prompt in solving some minor issues we had getting resort bracelets, and the building owners were super helpful and nice. I would recommend it to anyone unless they have a problem with stairs, since this is a second floor condo. Great stay!

This location was so amazing! We loved being able to sit on our porch and enjoy the weather and the sights. A nice little view of the gulf there too! The apt was clean and well maintained. Had exactly what we needed. The only issue we had was the WiFi wasn’t the best and it would cut out a lot. Other than that perfection! We will stay there again!
