This house was very well maintained, it was clean, and great for kids with the games room and pool! Very nice vacation!

We stayed at this property a few weeks ago and had an excellent time (third time at Windsor Hills). House was spotless and very nicely decorated. Kids had an amazing time in the games room! Has everything you would need for your stay. Communication was fast and easy, check in was easy. Pool was nice and warm on arrival! Highly recommend!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Our family stayed here while visiting Universal Studios and Disney World. We all really enjoyed this property and all that it had to offer. The themed bedrooms and water park were a big hit with the younger kids and the game room was a big hit with the older kids (my husband included)!

Thank you for a wonderful stay - the home was perfect for our group's needs and close enough to the Orlando Convention Center for our conference. The kids had so much fun at the home we didn't even go up to the clubhouse or water park! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

For Christmas I wanted the family to be together. Rented this place for the family nights and utilized the hot tub each night. The kids loved it. Recommend going to Walmart a little farther down the road. The closest one was backed up onto the main road during this time of year.

The pictures don't lie. The location works very well, tons of restaurants nearby. The overall resort property has everything you need, pool and slides, open fields, tennis courts, even a movie theatre! The property itself has a game room that is exactly as shown. Complete with a pool and jacuzzi, this works for adults and kids. Just rent it, you can thank me later!

We have rented many different houses across the US with VRBO and this was by far the nicest. Everything is spotlessly clean, well maintained and all furniture/appliances are high quality (including the beds). Our teens had a great time in the gaming room and we made good use of the air hockey table, the basketball game and the Pac-Man arcade. It was very quiet all day and night, perfect for a good nights sleep. We had zero issues with accessing the community or the house and the guards were courteous. We didn’t pay for the pool to be heated but the water temperature was perfect for us (end of August). There is a kids fence around the pool that you can take down. The only annoying thing was the pool alarm at the sliding door. You can’t really leave the door open for more than a few seconds before the alarm goes off. I understand why it’s there and not a major problem. Great stay overall and we will definitely back when visiting Orlando.

I would rate this home as a 10+. It was perfect for our family needs. The themed rooms were exactly as pictured on the website. We had pre-teens, teenagers and adults in our family group and it was a hit with every age category. It was located in a great location with the theme parks just a short drive away. I would highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!!

Our week stay here while visiting Disney/Universal was absolutely perfect for our two families. There is plenty of space for everyone and the game room was the favorite spot for the kids. The house was extremely clean - probably the cleanest vacation rental we've experienced. No issues with anything. The kitchen is well stocked to make your meals. Beds and all other furniture was comfortable and appeared in new condition. We loved coming back here after long days in the parks to relax.

From the instant we saw the pictures of the Star Wars and Marvel rooms online, we knew this was the house for us! We have never stayed in a VRBO in Orlando, and we were so glad to have done it. The home was beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the space was open and bright. It was incredibly close to the parks and shopping, which saved us time getting to and from everywhere we wanted to go. We loved everything about our stay here!

My family and I spent most of our time at the parks but enjoyed the time we had at the house. We were provided with most of what we needed to make our stay there comfortable. I feel this is reflective of how much the owners and property managers really care about the upkeep of the home as well as the comfort of those who stay there. The kids really enjoyed the game room and pool. I was happy that I decided to purchase the pool heat as it did get a little too cool at night. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the night. This is a home you will not be disappointed with. My family and I hope to go back again soon, only this time it will have to be for more than just 5 nights! :) Thank you! Annette M.

We had an absolute amazing vacation at this home! Every single room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, unmatched to anywhere we have stayed before! We appreciated the security provided to access the community at the gates and the quiet neighborhood feel throughout. This was our first time staying off Disney properties but it won’t be our last. Transportation to parks was easy and the home was a great place to relax after the long days at Disney.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! We had a week mixed with going to the parks, which were very close, and staying in and relaxing. The kids loved that they could watch TV right in the pool and also enjoyed the wonderfully decorated game room. The adults loved the hot tub for relaxing while watching the kids in the pool and having abundant privacy and tvs when we needed a break. Everything is beautifully decorated and furnished, but still had a relaxed and welcoming feel. The house comfortably handled our extended family of 9, even when we all sat together for Thanksgiving dinner! We weren't without a couple of small unforseen technical difficulties but everything was handled with efficiency and professionalism, even over a holiday weekend. I highly recommend this home, we hope to visit again one day!
