We rented Sunny Daze so they would be comfortable and have their own kitchen. It worked out perfectly! They loved the location and it rained one of the days they were here and instead of being crowded indoors, we visited on the covered porch and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Would definitely rent it again!

The location was perfect for our family- close to the lake beach, pool, pop-up shops, restaurants, parks, etc. This was our first time staying at Carlton Landing. It exceeded our expectations. Carlton Landing is a great spot for families or couples looking for a weekend away. Kids can safely run free. There is some construction noise during the week but it didn't ruin our stay which we extended by 2 days. The weekends are the lively time with more people and things going on.

This was such an adorable house for a weekend getaway! Great location, our girls loved the books and coloring supplies available in the upstairs bunk room. Very clean, had everything we needed! Would for sure rent again!

The kids (4,4,7) loved exploring the trails, beach, communal areas, garden, ping pong, playground, visiting the chickens, playing Jenga at Mama Tigs, and sitting by the fire pits at night. Sunny Daze had games, books, puzzles and legos for the kids, which they loved.The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating indoors or on the patio. The kids had fun hanging out in the upstairs bunk room while us parents enjoyed wine and a movie downstairs. We hope to return soon!
