Beautiful view from the room!

Really pleased with size and design of the room. Felt very comfortable traveling alone. Room layout was nice, with a great view of “A” mountain.

Everything was great.

Nice hotel, well located for downtown activities, but pricey.

Selected property because of location downtown. Hotel was clean and modern. Well maintained with friendly staff.

Restaurant was marginal. Breakfast buffet was subpar and was not even mentioned as an option. Online room discription was confusing. It implied breakfast was included, however this was not the case.

Great place and location

Great location to walk everywhere after work. Restaurant is great for breakfast, have not tried dinner.

Bar/restaurant could stay open later.

Weird check-in. Good location was nice. Room had some issues

Location was great. Pool was warm. Room was nice.

Lights in the room wouldn't stay on in bathroom. Weird motion sensor. Checking in was really weird. They almost gave me someone else's room that was complaining in front of me. They let the person listen to me check in, including my room number which was weird. They never took my license to check who I was. I'm still unsure, but I think they charged me $150 more than what we agreed upon via booking.com

Everything but the price of breakfast was great.

The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have a continental breakfast included. We did not feel it was worth the price given we are light eaters and would have been happy with a hard boiled egg and yogurt and maybe a banana.

A free continental option!

Very nice place to stay when in Tucson.

Friendly staff, clean, and location. Also, my family loves the complimentary cookies, they’re excellent.

It was a very nice hotel and the area was safe

Very clean easy to check in the front desk people were very nice and gave easy instructions

The only thing i did not like was that there was hair on the shower walls when I first came to my room

The hotel staff were very friendly, the location was great and the hotel was clean even though they did not clean our room every day and we had to remind them

modern new hotel with quiet comfortable rooms.

parking is very tight. valet is not always on duty.

With the exception of horrible water pressure the stay was great!

Great location and an incredibly clean and comfortable hotel!

Horrible water pressure that would go up and down throughout the duration of my shower sometimes the pressure was so low that the water basically shut off and then very slowly would come back to a very low pressure spray/drizzle.
