Very peaceful setting

The cousins all met for a weekend in Eureka and our stay was great! I have stayed at several VRBOs in the past and this one is by far the nicest! Well stocked kitchen was a bonus!!! May come back this summer with the husband!

What an amazing place to make memories with our 3 granddaughters. The home was inviting and relaxing, but most of all looks like all the pictures posted. The view to the lake is phenomenal, along with the sunsets. If you want a place with peacefulness, great views and tranquility this is the place for you and your family. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as well as our granddaughters. Thanks for a lovely place to stay!!!

We visited for a wedding. Spent 3 days with family coming and going . Everything we needed was already there and the house exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the lake view in December but will hopefully visit again this summer and take our boat with us !

My husband and I stayed in this charming cottage for four nights. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located near the lake. We brought our boat and parking was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful house.

The property is exactly as advertised. Great view of the lake and handy for get into Eureka Springs. There were 8 of us staying at the house and the layout of the house worked great for that number of people. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was very nicely decorated and supplied. Beds were super soft. Only problem was the heighth of the bed. Short people need to bring a stool as it was tough even for 5'6". Also wish we had brought fire stick or dvd player.
The view is beautiful with tree covered hills and a view of the lake. It was a great place for family away time.

Lovely home, more than we needed, but enjoyed it fully. Beds were comfy and all you need to bring is yourself and clothes. They had everything thought of to make the trip more enjoyable. Coffee, creamers, OJ and a small prosecco, bottle of wine, fixings for smores, and a lovely souvenir basket. Although we didnt cook there was every pot/pan, dishes, glasses, silverware, you would of needed. Full spice rack was available. Lovely beach/cottage deco throughout. Bobbi was very helpful with questions about the area and recommendations for dining. We would definitely go back and stay longer if we are in the area again.

The house was super clean. The chefs in the group appreciated the nicely stocked kitchen. Nice rear patio and fire pit with a gorgeous view. Although we had no children in our group, we were transformed while enjoying the deluxe s'mores treats! If we're ever back in the area, we would definitely stay again.

Eureka Springs 2022 Sister Vacation
This was a great house and location for my 4 sisters and I to spend our sister vacation. The house was very clean and comfortable with just the right amount of beds for us. The house was conveniently located about 9 miles outside Eureka Springs, and 2 miles from Starkey Marina. The view from the backyard was spectacular with some nice patio furniture to relax in. I would recommend this property for a short or longer stay in the Eureka. Springs area.

Cozy and clean
Spacious and very clean property! Beautiful view of Beaver Lake and decent proximity to sites around Eureka Springs. Happy to have the kitchen stocked with cooking gear and a nice grill. So very clean! And loved how it was decorated for St. Patrick’s day as we were there in spring break!

Great place to enjoy Thanksgiving
My spouse and I along with my sister and her husband stayed here for Thanksgiving and to attend the Razorback football game. The kitchen had everything we needed to make what we wanted. The beds were comfortable and the area is quiet. We took a walk one day on a nice road with pretty views. Great fire pit area! Everything was stocked, clean, and smelled very nice! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Super Clean!!!
I rented this place for my husband and coworkers for a class they were teaching in Eureka. My husband said the place was spotless absolutely immaculate! With fantastic views of the lake. The only odd thing he said was there was a bunch of cameras out back, so it was a bit weird when they sat our to enjoy the fire. But other than that would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous!
I cannot say enough good things about this home. The host thought of everything, even down to marshmallows for s’mores! The house smelled incredible, it was clean and inviting. The lake view is stunning and the location is perfect. I will definitely be planning another trip just to stay here again.
