Apartment was clean and well maintained and within 20 minute walk of the PATHway! A group of friends stayed for a birthday celebration in the big Apple. Was easy to navigate and commute to Manhattan. Beds were incredible and had lots of room to lounge and enjoy the space with 5 of us!

A trip to celebrate my wife's son's recent graduation. We tried to fit a lot of activities in during 4 days and were somewhat successful. The rental was exactly as described and offered plenty of room for the four of us. The property manager was friendly and helpful. Access to the NYC train was about a 15 minute walk. Overall, I thought this was a very good alternative to a more expensive rental in NYC.

Great neighborhood excellent communication and access to the city

The property was clean but felt like we were the 1st guests. Dinnerware was still boxed, there was no laundry soap, and the check in felt a bit clunky (not the best word but I don't know how else to describe it). The property was clean and bright. Overall the stay was nice.

I was in town with my mom and sisters to spend some time in NYC. The place was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the modern touches. Check in was easy and the neighborhood, while a bit noisy, had a lot of friendly people. The place had a strong smell of chlorine which spoke to the level of cleanliness but it was a bit overpowering when entering the unit. We appreciated the proximity to shops and dining and it was easy to secure Ubers to the place. I would definitely recommend this location for those interested in visiting NY as it was easy to get in and out of the city.

The apartment was perfect for me, my 16 y.o. grandtr, and her mom! Convenient walk to everything we needed. Access to PATH made our trip to NYC so easy to maneuver. There was some noise in the street at night but we were so tires from the day’s activities it dis not bother us. Leo’s just down the street on 2nd and Grand is highly recommended for a good Italin meal

The location is good. However, there is a heavy perfume type smell in the unit that was very overwhelming and wouldn’t go away. There definitely wasn’t enough towels and the property manager wasn’t communicating well. Overall nice place though.

Enjoyed our stay! Everything was as advertised. While there was a good bit of foot traffic, the noise did not bother us.

The apartment itself is pretty nice, and the photos are accurate. The area is a bit of a walk from the main street with restaurants, but it’s not too far. The neighborhood was a bit loud at times. The interaction with the management was spotty. I had to message them to confirm things like payment, and I even had to ask them to tell me how to check in. In a chat on Vrbo, they offered to share restaurant recommendations with me, and I asked them to please do so. They never responded to that request (even though they initially offered it). At one point the internet went out for multiple hours, and it was only fixed when I asked a manager to investigate. He was pretty responsive about that problem though, and they did come and fix it that day. There were tons of coffee pods for the coffee machine, but 100% of them were decaf. All decaf! That’s a good metaphor for the whole place: it all seems pretty good at first, but if you look closely, it’s not quite the experience you expected.

Loyoda really made the check in smooth. She was also very responsive to questions throughout the trip, including adding on parking (which was very close and safe). Couldn't have wanted more. Location was pretty centrally located. 15 min walk to train/ferry, but the light rail is ~2 blocks away. Bedrooms, Kitchen, washer/dryer all excellent! Thank you so much!

It is a lovely spacious and pristine property and we very much enjoyed our stay. We were late arriving (1am) but Aiden met us at the property promptly and communication with Aiden up to our arrival was great. It is an excellent place to rent for the 6 of us. It’s an easy walk into Hoboken Main Street from where you can get the 126 bus or the path train to Manhattan.

Hoboken is a great little town! Everybody is friendly. Great space and good location. You can walk most anywhere.

The apartment was just like the picture and super clean! It was easy to contact the property manager and he helped us get situated right away. The street parking was very safe and cheaper than expected which was a nice surprise! 10/10 recommend this apartment!

This Hoboken apartment has been recently modernized. It's open and bright. Lots of space. Secure unit. Loyda checked us in early which was great considering we had luggage to safeguard & wanted to enjoy NYC. Private yard at rear of the townhouse. This is a 4th floor unit. Hoboken is a nice reprieve from the bustle of the city. Nice waterfront. Nice food options. Only consideration is that this unit is about a 20 minute walk to Hoboken Station unless you plan to use the light rail a couple blocks away. However, it's super easy to get to from Hoboken Station to World Trade Center PATH stop.

Loved everything about the apartment but not what was across the street. Beware if your traveling like me from Atlanta get ready to climb 4 flights of stairs with your heavy luggage. And back down 4 flights when leaving. Great response from the host and partners. I will be back to visit I have a whole lot more to see in Jersey and New York

The apartment was extremely clean and neat with everything needed for a great NYC stay. The location was easily accessible to ride share. Neighborhood was just right and we felt safe.

Beautiful apt. Clean & neat. Nice furniture and decor. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have a full size washer & dryer. Bonus, the water was not hard!!!! Apt building was nice & quiet.

Beautiful, huge, super clean apartment. A decent walk to and from the main drag in Hoboken, but worth it for what you are getting. Fantastic space.
