This place was great. Truly a block from the beach. The beach was not crowded at all so we have plenty of space to spread out. The pool was so nice to have. We rented the whole place which is like 2 seperate apartments. We were able to use all 8-9 beach chairs and both wagons when we went to the beach. Plenty of beach towels too. There is a Publix about a mile away as well as a cvs. There are not restaurants real close that we found. But we had a car to get to the 4-5 miles away to the restaurants. We saw a trolley/bus that we heard you can use to get to the downtown area but we did not look Into it or use it. The kitchen has most everything you will need. Beds were comfortable. I highly recommend the fishbowl.

We were a little worried when we first arrived, as the outside of the property was pretty rough. We were pleasantly surprised once we got inside as the inside of the property was clean and updated.

Our family of 11 (6 adults & 5 kids) very much enjoyed our time at The Fish Bowl at Fort Meyers Beach mid island. Property wise there were a few things that required attention from the owners when we arrived but every issue was immediately addressed & resolved. Communication is the key!! Location to the beach was just a quick walk (less than 5minutes) so while at the beach if someone needed to go back to the house for something it didn’t take long at all. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with any utensils necessary for preparation meals. And there are 2-7/11 C-stores plus a Publix grocery store just a few minutes away. The heated pool was nice to have at the end of a hot afternoon on the beach! Very quiet neighborhood too! Mid Estero island is perfect for families. We would recommend the Fish Bowl!

The fishbowl was an amazing house for our large crew! We had 7 adults and 7 kids total. We rented the entire house, so it was perfect for us! The heated pool was a great added bonus when we were too burnt from the sun and wanted to relax! The beach is literally across the street! You cant get anymore convenient than that, unless you want to pay big bucks! Anytime I needed to ask questions the manager answered immediately! All around perfect getaway/experience for our family! And can the name get any better?!?!

There was a room that was listed as having a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the same bedroom. This was not true. We moved 2 twin mattresses to accommodate the 2 small children we had planned to stay in this room with their parents. Coastal Breeze charged us 125.00 for solving this problem ourselves. Also there were no sheets for one of the pull out sofas. We did not expect to find inaccurate info in a VRBO listing.

We enjoyed the property. Lots of space. It was clean. Beach is a short walk. My only disappointment was that there’s never any sun at the pool. Its basically shaded all day. So, we just spent more time at the beach! Just would’ve used the pool more had there been sun. Just so other potential renters are aware.

We come down to enjoy a week at FMB every year to spend time with family. I am so glad we found The FishBowl! It was extremely clean, spacious and welcoming for our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool & such a short walk to the beach. We are already talking about booking again, next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had a great family vacation for my Dad’s 70th birthday and parents 46th anniversary. Great place to stay as they had everything accessible especially with everyone coming in from different parts of the United States.

This two apartment house was great! We had two families,both with children ranging ages from 4-11. The place was clean and we'll equipped with your essential items( pots,pans,utensils,coffee maker) they provided a small start off pack of dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towel and dish washer detergent. Which was great. There is about a short five minute walk to the beach which is awesome. They provide beach chairs,umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys to use along with a wagon to take to the beach if needed.... The pool was great. There is a shopping area right down the road. About a 5-10 min drive depending on the traffic. Overall it was a wonderful area and a great time!!

Would highly recommend The Fishbowl beach house for families or friends traveling together. We had 13 in our group and everyone was very comfortable. Rental company did a great job communicating with us. Would definitely rent it again!

The house was very clean, spacious and stocked appropriately. Early check in was allowed for a fee. I would definitely recommend this rental property. The rental company always responded promptly.

A great place for several families to gather close to the beach. The rental was as we expected it and the communication with the owner was very prompt. We really enjoyed the beach extras like chairs, umbrellas, and wagons to make it much easier to bring kids all days. Thank you!

We booked the Fishbowl on VRBO and we are so glad we did! It was my husband and I, my daughter, son in law and their 2 boys along with my son, daughter in law and their daughter and son. It is a duplex so we booked both the upper and lower units. We hung out downstairs most of the time because of pool access but they all slept upstairs so if someone needed quiet time there was that space for them. The pool was great, the location was walking distance to the beach and they supplied wagons, chairs and toys. The neighbors were welcoming and helpful. We were close to a Publix so utilized the grills and hung out. It was a great location and we would go back. FreiCoxFamilyVacation

Very good and quiet neighborhood, only 3 minutes to the beach. The house is updated and have everything that you need in your family vacations.
