Have stayed in 30A several times but never in this area. For our group the location was perfect close enough to walk (long walk but great for exercise) or bike to the areas that do not allow golf cart type transportation and not too far from Seaside and Watercolor were low speed vehicles are allowed. The only inconvenience we faced was the ice maker was broken rather than calling to have someone handle it we chose to just buy ice. I called yesterday to report it and that the beverage refrigerator didn’t stay closed and that the dryer may need to be looked at as it took a very long time to dry clothes but no one called me back. These were very minor things for us and didn’t affect out stay. Again perfect property location for us, we will definitely be back. The house and pool are wonderful.

This place is HUGE and a wonderful place for a family vacation!!! So clean, so nice. It’s obvious the home is immaculately cared for. We loved it!! Perfect location for us also. Could easily hit Alys and rosemary as well as head west to Seacrest and seaside.

House was beautiful and everything functioned as it should. Clean, comfortable bedding. Space for 12 of us. Pool heat came in handy for April. There is an alarm for the pool going out to the screened area for the pool access. It’s for protection of kids getting into area without supervision. However, we would have preferred to accept liability and turn the alarm off as it goes off when you enter the house from the porch, too. It’s easily heard on the third floor and is very loud on first floor. Otherwise, it was a perfect house for multiple families!

Dear Lovitt Family, Thank you SO much for allowing my group to rent your house for our stay. We had 15 girls for my bachelorette trip and it couldn't have been more amazing! We loved taking bike rides in the morning, driving the golf cart to the beach, and drinking coffee on the porch. It couldn't have been more perfect and your beautiful house was a huge part of it. We will definitely be returning! Macie

We enjoyed the house so much. We checked in at 4 o’clock and the maid was still there. The house was not as clean as we would’ve liked upon check-in. However the house was absolutely perfect for our group. Bring sound machines as the walls are thin and you can hear foot traffic and voices. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would be nice to have an icemaker added. The refrigerator had a hard time staying cold for our group. The patio space was amazing. When we booked this house the bottom bedroom had a king size bed however this was changed about 3 to 4 weeks prior to our stay to full over full bunk beds which was not ideal for a couple staying in this room. However, now it is listed appropriately so that people know what they are booking.

We had a few issues with the 3rd level air conditioner. Called maintenance and they “tried” to fix the issue. But it will need to be addressed further. Also, there were rats in the outside trash cans and got inside the cab of my sons truck. Did some damage. An exterminator might need to be called in so this doesn’t happen again. Fan on the grilled in the screened in porch needs to be fixed as smoke fills the 2nd floor area.
