Condo was nice. Great beach access and views. Beach was not crowded. Close to good restaurants at Rosemary beach. My only complaint is the kitchen was a bit dated and cabinets could use a good cleaning.

We will not be searching properties using VRBO again. We were charged almost $300 for marketing. The people on the floor above made so much noise walking around starting at 5:30am until 11:30 at night! It’s a very nice unit and the beach is beautiful but the noise issue from unit above is very disturbing.

Me and my family had an amazing stay. I love that the unit is steps away from the beach! It made taking a toddler much easier. The condo is so nice and updated. We loved everything about it. We will be back.

The process used worked very well

Updated nicely, clean, good location for us, but the facilities were under heavy construction. Construction dumpster in parking lot, power tools in use and heavy machinery in use while we were there. Did not appear that it would be over anytime soon. We should have been told prior to booking.

The condo was perfect. We all really enjoyed the one level. I loved the chairs and umbrella that was put up each day for our room.

Great property with an amazing view. Layout was perfect and beds were comfortable. The beach itself was wonderful - one of the best we have visited!

This was a great location in a not too busy area of Panama City Beach. A definite return location. Great views, excellent amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at Ramsgate Harbour 22. The condo was very clean and the weather was wonderful! We had a problem navigating the tv’s and a technician came and got It all taken care of for us. He literally came in less than 20 minutes! We plan to come back to 22 next Spring!

we completely enjoyed our time here. it is such a well appointed condo. and decorated in such a clean and peaceful manner. we hope to be back in the future.

The property was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms felt spacious. The only thing we found slightly inconvenient was not enough towels and very limited silverware. Those are small things and overall, we had a great time. We have been staying at Ramsgate for10 years now and hope to continue.

This was our 4th stay at Ramsgate and by far our favorite! We hope to make unit 22 our yearly stop from now on. Thank you for such a beautiful townhome with everything we needed to feel like our home away from home. We hope to be back very soon!

Ramsgate Harbour was the perfect place for our family. The location was great, we had amazing views from our room and there were no crowds at all. We loved our stay!

We loved this updated condo that was right on the beach! We have stayed in this complex many times and this condo was by far our favorite! It was the perfect location and worked out great with little kids! Can’t wait to come back here for future trips!!

This was the perfect location for our family. Having young kids with nap times that bounce btw the pool and beach, this was the perfect location! This condo is a hidden gem!

One of the best places and locations in the panhandle of Florida. Convenient to everything and not as much traffic as other places in that area. Near great shopping and many wonderful restaurants. This unit was beautifully appointed and what a view. Worlds most beautiful beaches.

Great location! Beautiful condo! Loved that it was outside of the main downtown PCB area and away from the crowd. Loved all the games and puzzles in the room and the chairs and Umbrella that came as well.

The property was very clean and very calming decorations. We had everything we needed to enjoy two weeks on the beach. The pool and all the areas were well kept and we are looking forward to booking again next year. The communication before, during and after our stay was very appreciated. We were very pleased. Thank you for a great, relaxing vacation.

I really enjoyed this property. Location is excellent. As advertised close to the beach; groceries and 30A shops. Beach is quiet and very soft sand. I would of liked a provided recommendation sheet of areas to visit; restaurants etc would be helpful for an out of state visitor. Secondly; the beds need better mattresses to receive a 5 star rating.

Overall this place was excellent! The condo was spacious and well decorated. The thermostat on the ac unit died but the problem was handled within a couple of hours. We loved all the accommodations but would recommend having curtains in the living room as there is no privacy except in the bed room and the glare from the sun makes it impossible to see the TV during the day. It would also be nice to have a screen in the living room to keep bugs out especially when it’s dark outside. A couple of maintenance issues need to be addressed….the light on the patio did not work and it wasn’t just the bulb. The entire fixture needs replaced. Unfortunately you can hear every step from the upstairs unit. Sounded like a herd of elephants walking around when it was occupied. One morning we were awakened at 5:00 am by the vacuum cleaner being ran up there. My husband went up and inquired about the noise and was told by the cleaning crew that they had forgotten to clean the unit the night before and the renters had shown up with no place to stay so they had to get in early to clean the place. The noise was deafening. There were a couple of light bulbs out on the stove and the beds definitely could use some box springs. Super nice washer and dryer. Well stocked kitchen. All in all it was a nice stay.

Great condo! Had everything we needed with a great view! Property management communicated well about check in and out to make the process seamless.

We had a great time. The condo was very comfortable and probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. I would have liked to have had a mixer for some baking, but otherwise, everything was perfect. We would love to know where we can purchase the sofa! We will definitely be back.

As the title says, this unit was perfection for our family. The room had everything we needed and more. It truly felt a home away from home. Will definitely be staying here again next summer!

The place is gorgeous and well furnished. Easy one level upstairs entrance. Large balcony with beautiful views! The balcony has two entrances, one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. My only suggestion would to be to change out the drapery in the master bedroom. The sheer fabric makes the bedroom not private if visiting with another couple or children. Also, sleeping in is a bit difficult. But otherwise a fantastic place within a great location.

Overall we had a great time. There were 2 cleanliness issues that could have been done a lot better but that was not enough to ruin our trip. Overall the unit was great and we had a great time.

We had a great experience and would definitely rent again. The condo is beautiful and right on the beach. My favorite was the shower in the master bath! The beach is so quiet. We had chairs and an umbrella every day of our stay. It was also very nice to have a full size washer and dryer with a family of five.

My family and I loved this beautiful condo! The condo had everything plus more. It was also extremely clean. We loved the not crowded quiet beach and the location between 30A and Panama City Pier Park. We will definitely be staying here and using Warren Beach Rentals again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall the condo is ok but the quality of the “finish out” and furnishings is very cheap and minimal.

The condo was newly renovated and everything was provided that we needed. The outside of the building looked like they were working on it, but didn’t indicate how nice the condo would be. Proximity to the beach and beach itself were excellent.
