The place was beautiful, clean, and the staff were amazing. The only real issue we had was that check-in was a royal pain in the butt and took nearly 40 minutes. From the time I parked the car to the time we got in our room was 40 minutes. I realize that checking into a huge resort like this was takes time, but 40 minutes is excessive. Especially, since we were travelling with my 85-year-old mother-in-law that has some mobility issues. It was a ridiculously long day and adding that much time was discouraging. Also, one of the restaurants was closed for renovations, so that was a downer. But, I'm glad that the resort is making improvements where they see fit. Despite those things, the place is beautiful and clean. The food we had there was TOP-NOTCH! The waitstaff is amazing. Would I come back here in the future? Most likely. But, I'd probably book a room in the The Grand opposed to one of the Towers like we did this time.

This was our third annual stay at this property, booked through Tina on VRBO. The property is outstanding in amenities and location and the condominium units are luxurious and exceptionally clean. Tina is a wonderful and responsive host. Will soon be booking for next year.

Bonnet Creek has always been a great place to stay at, affordable prices and great amenities are available.

This was a great place to stay! It was clean, only a mile or so from the "front door" of the theme parks, and had all of the amenities you would expect from a 5 star resort. There were multiple restaurants on site, ice cream parlor, convenience store inside the resort, and multiple pools....like 4 or 5? Even if you don't visit a theme park, this would have been a great place to just rest and relax! Highly recommend.

Plenty of activities and amenities at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Loved how close we were to Disney Parks so we could take a break in the afternoons by the pool. The 2 bedroom unit was clean and spacious and a big bonus to have a full kitchen for breakfast each morning. The resort was slow so we were able to check in early and skipped getting roped into the timeshare presentation. Would definitely rent here again!

We have stayed twice at this beautiful property which is convenient to all Disney World Parks and really enjoyed it. I would encourage Club Wyndham to make the check-in process more efficient, it currently takes 20+ minutes to complete all check in procedures.

Beautiful property. Suite well appointed and stocked with some necessities. Pools are lovely. Family of 4. Kids had their own room and beds. Had room to spread out after long days at the park. It was fabulous.

We had a two bedroom unit that had more space than I could imagine. The full kitchen had everything we could need. A simple delivery from a local grocery store and we spent the week enjoying Disney and relaxing. The pools are immediately outside each the buildings. Incredibly clean and maintained from the unit to the property. We used ride share to get to and from the parks, which was inexpensive and extremely convient. Absolutely recommend to anyone considering this rental.

They show photos of the balcony overlooking the pool area but they will give you a room that faces the parking lot.

Excellent place for families. Lots of activities. Close to WDW parks. Check in was easy. Time share people(Boris) called us stupid when we didn’t want to listen to their talk.

Over all stay was great ,weather not so much ,we did buy our own club Wyndham time share

The location of this property is perfect. We really enjoyed all the amenities. The only issue we experienced was the location of our room, they put us on the first floor right next to housekeeping. The housekeepers were coming in and out all night long and were extremely noisy. There was also a lot of construction noise going on all day long. Overall, we would stay here again, but ask for a different room location.

It was a really nice room and close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs. Will definitely come back in the future.

Loved the 2-br suite! Loved being able to make our own food, felt like home. The location of the resort is perfect for going to Disney World. The downside, the attempted selling of a timeshare there, did not like that, you do not have to go.

Nice location and room

This was our 2nd time staying at this resort. We enjoy the pools, lazy river, walking paths and on site restaurants. Nice to not have to leave after a busy day at the parks. It's super close to Disney Springs and the Disney parks.

Great property. Very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Second time staying at this resort.

This is the 6th time stay at the resort. 2 issues, upon arrival there was hair in the tub and on the floor of 2nd bathroom which is gross. Also the hot water was non existent in 2nd bathroom unless you ran water for 20 minutes so lukewarm showers prevailed.

The property was beautiful and it had everything we needed..we will definitely be coming back..the children called it their new home because they didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much for allowing my family to use place we greatly appreciate it.

The resort was very nice and all of the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. The location is soconvenient to all of the Disney World parks. I would recommend this resort to others.
