Great location, short walk to ocean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 small dogs. View on 2nd floor balcony was great!

Great place. Large bedrooms. Bathrooms could use updating. Overall a comfortable home with a 1 car garage.

Our rental contact was on vacation. We did not receive an email with the lockbox code to pick up our packet/keys and waited approximately 30 minutes to receive the code. When we arrived at the unit, the grass was overgrown and laying across the sidewalk, the storm shutters were down, the unit was not clean, the water was turned off, ants were covering the foyer wall and half bathroom, patio furniture was in the master bedroom, and beds pulled out in the middle of the second bedroom. The condo was clean and bright. Fully stocked kitchen. Short walk to pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The invoice provided was approx $300 less than what was charged on my credit card. Unable to contact anyone to determine why. The condo was excellent and we would stay again

The space was great, nice large kitchen (we cooked a lot!), Pet friendly, plenty of grassy area right outside. We visited with 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids total and it was just right.

This is the second year we have stayed in this townhouse on the beach and we have already booked it for 2021! It is very nicely furnished and an easy place to vacation. Unfortunately the corona virus caused us to return home early this year but we look forward to spending many more winters in NSB.

This unit was fully equipped - no need to bring anything. Very clean! We enjoyed it very much!

This was a prefect place and location for our family vacation 🥰 It was above all a pleasant surprise the unit not only meet all our needs . It was very nice a clean also to our surprise was well stocked. The best was having beach chair , umbrellas, pool accessories lots of towels. And the bonus was a grill. We definitely will go back❤️

This was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and even the mattress was comfortable. Tara is a great agent and was always there if I had a question. We will definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this townhouse, although purpose of the trip was less than pleasant. (Evacuation from storm.) This property is well equipped and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is excellent as it is not congested and the pool, beach and groceries are steps away. Highly recommend. Management company was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. (Tara at Sentry.)

We loved our stay at Oceanside Village! We have been going to NSB a couple of times a year for over 20 years and were pleasantly surprised to find this hidden treasure. My whole family loved it for different reasons. My kids loved it because we could bring our dog with us. I loved it because it was clean and had a ton of space for a family of 5 and then some. My husband loved the garage. We were able to keep the paddleboard and other beach toys in there. I did have one issue with someone parked in our "driveway" when we first arrived, but management was very easy to get a hold of. That situation was easily taken care of. It was a great experience all around. We are so happy we found this rental and will definitely be returning in the future!

With any vacation, it's always expected that something will go not as planned, but making the arrangements, communication with property manager, checking in & out was most impressive and very structured. The Property was immaculate and stocked exceptionally well! We absolutely LOVED IT!!! Thank you for the WONDERFUL memories! :)

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful very comfortable townhouse. The location was perfect for us, we walked to breakfast every day at the restaurant across the street. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk, and the pool in the complex is super. We could drive to any of the wonderful local restaurants in minutes. We look forward to a future stay!
