The house was very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the creek and firepit outside!

Although this was a fun location for us to spend the weekend with a few friends to celebrate a 40th birthday, we will never stay here again because of the extreme “quiet time” policy. It isn’t realistic. I have a lot more I’d like to say about our experience here, but it has been prohibited in this review even though I’ve tried to tell the honest truth about our experience now three times. You are not allowed to be outside past 10pm if you plan on talking or making any noises, or if there is any resemblance of your intention to have a good time. No balloons allowed, and definitely not more than one car in the driveway or else the neighbors will complain and you’ll be called about how the property is not an event friendly place. Don’t expect the rental company to be on your side when it comes to renter’s rights to privacy. That’s all I’m allowed to say here. Good luck.

Great house. Quiet and peaceful and close to anything you might want to do

The cottage is lovely. We really enjoyed relaxing by the creek. When it rained we opened up the windows and felt cozy inside. We will definitely be back!

Half-hour outside Asheville. It’s like an older 2/1 quaint cottage on the first floor and an updated 2/2 on the second with lots of bells and whistles. I enjoyed coffee on the second level deck in the mornings, temps in the upper 50’s and the brook bubbling in the background. I will miss that! Being from FL the bugs weren’t bad. Bonus: My teen and I think it’s a little haunted, not in a scary way. We both had unexplained experiences. Overall it worked well for our family.

Great property. Extremely clean with tons of space for entire family. Floors and shower so clean you don’t need flip flops.

Great place, roomy and well equipped. Only suggestion would be to put firewood under porch or carport as we couldn't get a fire lit because firewood too damp.

This property was the perfect get away spot for a girl’s weekend getaway to Asheville! A central location for all the sightseeing we wanted to do (Biltmore, Chimney Rock) it was also a great place to unwind! We loved hanging by the fire pit listening to the creek at night while enjoying wine and s’mores! We would definitely rent this property again!

The house is so adorable and decorated in perfect updated farmhouse style! Great space for two families with separate bedrooms on top and bottom floors! Outdoor space was terrific with the cutest little creek running by which was perfect for the littles to play in and cool off. Highly recommend this gem outside of Fletcher!

The cabin in Fletcher was gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the sound of the creek was enchanting. Would highly recommend and hope to come back for another visit!

Clean cottage with amenities. Having the two separate levels made it nice, we had older and younger adults. Plenty of space

We really enjoyed our stay; the management company who oversees the rentals clearly are on top of things. The stream by the house is really nice. The house is clean, great mattress, bright and airy. Very much in a more rural area, with lots of privacy. Highly recommend.
