We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a quick trip to the beach and coming back to pool was fun. There were board games for our kids. We loved staying here. I highly recommend staying for 4th of July. We saw so many Beautiful fireworks. We would stay here again. Lots of close beaches and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at this location (Bob’s place)!
We are a family of four (with grown children) with pets, and were all quite comfortable in this home.
We were able to walk to the beach and use the bikes at the house. We visited Nokomis Beach daily, then came back to enjoy the pool and cool off. My family enjoyed jet skiing and walking along the beach. We even got to see a beautiful manatee at the North Jetty!
Bob was helpful and very easy to reach. We had an emergency one evening and he helped me find an emergency vet. I was grateful as our dogs are precious to us!
My family would definitely come back and recommend this comfortable beautiful home.
Not to mention… Nokomis is our new happy place!

Very nice house and great location. And pool was nice for cooling off after the beach. Only one thing I would suggest.
Please make the house cooler before your guests arrive. It’s too hot this time of year to have the AC set on 80.
Otherwise is a great VRBO.

This is a lovely home with everything we needed for our stay. It is close to everything, and the ice cream shop around the corner is worth the steps! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the property; lots of room, well appointed, 10 minute walk to the beach, a great responsive owner & beautiful sunsets!

The unit was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. New master bath. Host very responsive to any questions. We were there when there was a cold spell so we were not able to enjoy the pool.

Bob was a great host and the location is great minutes from the beach and dining. Everything you need to go to the beach and even a bike ride! We will definitely be coming back!!!

Easy living at its finest
We loved everything that this rental had to offer. From check in process to the last minute leaving. I loved having the ease of using the boogie boards, the noodles, the bikes. Amazing ice cream shop on the corner. Everyone in and around town were super nice. Very fun vacation. Bob the owner was very nice and helpful with any questions we had and responded very fast any time we had to contact. Look forward to booking again.

GREAT WEATHER AND ACCOMMODATIONS!!
We stayed 6 weeks at our rental. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were close to many nice restaurants, beach and Legacy Bike Trail. Bob, our host, was always available to help or answer our questions.

Our kids (8 and 11)were a little bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t warmer and the showers could use some work. Other than that, it was a great house. Close to Natomis Beach and an easy drive into Venice. The bikes were old but we still used them on the Legacy Trail which was great. We enjoyed all the beach towels, Beach cooler, umbrellas, baskets, etc. The kitchen was well-stoked (but could use a corkscrew 😉) and had plenty of appliances, utensils, etc. overall it was a wonderful spot for our family of four and I would recommend it!
