Cabin was clean and quiet. Was perfect for the two of us to get away.

We had an amazing time at this property during our trip to South Fork. Our kids slept in the loft and loved it. The weather was absolutely perfect the whole time we were there. I was thankful for the washer and dryer that was in the cabin because we came home without laundry to do! The location was great. Our kids enjoyed being outside in front of the house. We would recommend this cabin for future vacations!

Cabin was nice and clean, we had a great time in South Fork and surronding areas. the only things that we didnt like was traffic noise and the beds were actually pretty uncomfortable, but we dealt with that

We had a great time at this cabin! They had everything we needed. Location is very close to everything. I was surprised how close it was to the highway (right next to it), but the highway noise was minimal and didn’t bother us. The cabin was much smaller than I thought based on the pictures. As long as you like the people you’re staying with, it shouldn’t be a problem! The one disappointment I had was that the sheets had quite a bit of dog hair on them. It’s a pet-friendly place, but I think this should still be addressed. Overall we had a great stay!

The cabin is fantastic. The dishwasher needs to go and it was confusing to control the fireplace/heat.

Beds are good and decor is great for the area. A little tight for moving around in, but we figured it out.

This is a very nice small cabin. The kitchen is stocked with very nice new pots and pans. It even has a crock pot. We did a lot of charcoal grilling outside. Even though the cabin is in town there is not near by neighbors. There is a walking path by the cabin but with the wooden fence on two side you still have your privacy. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice. Refrigerator is noisy. Internet and satellite TV were really nice.

This was a great little cabin! Overall had an amazing time. The cabin was very cute and very clean! I would recommend anyone to stay there. If I had one complaint it would be that the cabin is located too close to a main highway. Lots of traffic noise but for the most part we were very happy with our stay!

Great little cabin.

This cabin has thought of it all! The pictures are spot on and don't even do it justice. Our family of three and our dog stayed over Thanksgiving and loved everything! Easy to find/access, great parking, perfect firepit and outdoor space, beautiful interior, fireplace, games, plenty of places to put things, comfortable beds, wonderful lodge décor, and a kitchen ready to cook. We took day trips to Pagosa Springs and the Sand Dunes. 2020 has been awful, this place was a cozy, safe and magical escape, straight out of a hallmark movie. We hope to return! Thank you for your wonderful communication and creating this beautiful space.

Great location, although a bit close to the main highway: outside of town. Cabin is quite cozy but worked for my family (husband, toddler and two dogs). Great communication with host.

we enjoyed our stay in the cabin, saw deer at night behind the cabin. Location is right off the highway, but the property has privacy fence between the sitting area and the highway, and noise wasnt an issue for us. Handy location to head to Creede, which is where we spent several days exploring on our UTV. The property has great parking, especially if you have a trailer, and easy to get in and out. Walking trail is right in front of cabin, and one night we walked down to the river. Grocery store near by, but we took most of our own food, just had to buy a couple of things. Had one slight hiccup during our stay, but the property manager handled it and was great in communication. I would stay here again!

Loved this place and it was perfect for a getaway. Great communication with manager. We stayed an extra day and there was no trouble making that happen. Loved our Vacation and love South Fork.

South Fort was a beautiful place to get away. This cabin was perfect for my family of four and our fur baby. Cabins location was convenient for access to local restaurants and near by excursions. Would highly recommend!!!

We loved it. Great location and on the OHV route. The cabin was decorated nicely and exceptionally clean.

Cabin was clean and cozy, I think they should supply more than a 3/4 of a used toilet paper roll but was ok, but I feel like on the information it should say it is right off the highway. We enjoyed our stay

This little cabin had beautiful high-end lodge decor, excellent WiFi reception, great water pressure in the shower--everything that we needed was here except for our food! The owner was quick to respond to questions, and our deposit was returned quickly. The location was at the intersection of two highways, which made it quick to get to local restaurants and the grocery store. But, being just 25 feet from the highway also made the traffic very noisy. It might not be a problem when the weather is cool, but we needed to keep all of the brand new windows open. The cabin photo shows the beautiful courtyard and fire ring, but not the trailer park about a half mile behind the cabin which mars the view of the mountains. We did feel very safe and the high fence gave us privacy from the walking path next to the road.

This was our second time to stay at this cozy cabin in South Fork and once again we were beyond pleased. The cabin is very homey and is stocked with everything you need. Diana, the property manager provides excellent communication. We will stay here again and highly recommend it!!

We loved the cabin.

This cabin was just as advertised! Very cozy, yet enough room for my family of 5 to have their own space. Clean! Diana was super easy to contact, and she even checked in on us throughout our stay to see if we had any questions or concerns. The WiFi was very fast and my kids were happy to be able to stream videos, etc. Will definitely keep this property in mind for the future, and/or other properties that Diana manages. Thanks for making our stay memorable. 😊

Property manager Diane did an excellent job helping us when we had any issues. Cabin is clean and quaint and has all the amenities we needed. Would recommend again!

Very clean and well kept cabin. My wife and I used this for a base camp for a week long trip to the area. It is close to lots of attractions and provides a nice place to say. The only real negative to this place is that is located close to a main road, but for us that was not a problem. I'd stay here again without hesitation.
