The location was great! The house is in a state of disrepair that leaves a lot to be desired. It gave you the distinct feeling that this house was only to make the owners the maximum amount of revenue. Now if upkeep had been proper I would not complain about this!

This place was so great! We loved the location on the River and the house was huge/ the kids loved it! We would definitely come back!

Had an issue with the master shower which I reported to Vacasa. Other than this issue, the property was great!

The house was very amenable to our needs. Plenty of space, everything worked well, and it was fun to gave a ping pong table on site! For a house that sleeps 12, I’d expect more than two people to shower before hot water runs out, though. The location served our ski needs well, and Ramon’s was a good, convenient dining option. We would certainly consider this property for future trips to Wolf Creek for skiing.

The house was perfect - massive, beautiful, and comfortable, right on the Rio Grande River; we couldn’t have imagined a better place! Gorgeous hiking trails within walking distance were an added bonus. Hope to come back again!

We loved the arrangement of the house. Lots of places to tuck away, separate into groups, or just get some privacy. Easy to get to. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Well appointed. Deck above the river was fantastic. I only wish it hadn't needed cleaned before it could be used.

2 couples and 6 kids from 9-15. Kids had their own “wing” of the house which we all loved with their own tv, living room kitchen bathrooms/shower etc. Tons of room, kitchen was great, everything was clean, garage was heated which was also nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family just completed an amazing 5 night stay at Hidden Springs. The cabin was clean, spacious, and conveniently located close to the town of South Fork AND close to Wolf Creek Ski Area. The cabin has a great layout that works well for 2 families or for a separate kids loft. I highly recommend this place and will return again.

Had 10 members of family and friend stay here for our ski trip at Wolf Creek. This property was perfect for everyone and space to make memories together. We were there the week between Christmas and New Years and when 80+ inches of snow hit the area. The plows kept the roads in the neighborhood clear. The house has 3 regular bedrooms and 3 loft areas with additional beds and sleeping space. The separate living areas let the kids play ping pong and watch movies where other could gather inthe lower den for games, movies, reading or just sharing stories of the day on the mountain. The pass to Wolf Creek was much more clear than those coming from Pagosa. Only difference is dining and amenities (shopping and groceries) have slim pickings in S. Fork but overall a cute small town. Definately a great home with everything you needs and VaCasa management communicated well through their app and e-mail correspondence.

House was very accommodating. Lots of room for people to spread out. Kitchens were well stocked with cookware and dishes. Clean. Great location. Only two minor hiccups- master bathroom shower was not great and not much hot water on main part of house .

Great cabin with lots of space. Had a mix of ages and the property was perfect. Great location with easy access to both south fork and pagosa springs. Only 15 minutes to the ski area. Cabin was stocked well with kitchen items and bedding/bath items.

Beautiful venue and huge house very close to South Fork and twenty minutes from Wolf Creek!

This home is very very spacious if you have a large group this would be perfect! It was clean and for the most part had everything we needed for our fall stay. We rented UTV's so the long driveway was perfect to park the trailer. Internet worked great. Close to grocery. This home is nicely decorated and definitely has a cabin feel. Did I mention that the home has so much room...you definitely can all spread out and have your private time and two large areas to gather in. The river does run right behind the house. The highway runs on the other side of the river and it is loud. Also note that you need to bring lawn chairs with you if you want to sit out on the deck as the furniture needs cushions and there are none. The bedroom 2 lists king -queen on the listing but it was a queen. The kitchen pots, pans, and appliances really need updating. Several of the kitchen and dining room chairs legs were very wobbly. The home was so well appointed for different age groups, and so perfect right on the river, which you could hear from two of the bedrooms. Back deck furniture and kitchen pots and pans need updating, but everything else was ideal.

We really enjoyed the home. Nice home with plenty of room for a large family (or families).

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house is perfect for families and the creek running behind the house made for fun fishing during our stay. We'll be back.

The pictures of this home are beautiful and do not disappoint! When we drove through the neighborhood to the house, we immediately loved it and felt safe. The home itself is perfect for large groups! It is decorated beautifully... just like a mountain/river home should be! Between the two living areas and spacious dining room we had plenty of room to hang out and play games together, and even space left over for those who just wanted to chill out after a day of skiing. The deck was covered in snow so we didn't venture out to spend time on it or the river but would LOVE to go back in the spring or summer for a second stay. Diane was a very attentive host who was there with information and help when we needed her. All the beds were warm and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the essential tools for cooking. Water pressure was very good in the showers. We cooked at the house a couple of nights . The grocery in town had everything we needed. and we ate out a few nights, too. Great restaurants in town, Although the decor was beautiful, the house was homey so I didn't feel like I had to watch my 5 grandkids from breaking something. (too much) :) Location to Wolf Creek was great! It took us about 30 minutes to get there the first morning because a fresh snow (blizzard) occurred the day before we got there. The next 3 days it only took 20 minutes and its a gorgeous drive! We felt like the rental fee was a bargain for the square footage of the house and all it's amenities. And then it was time to go... easy! Just put the dirty towels in the bathtubs, turn the heat down a little, and take the trash out! Our family enjoyed our stay at this house so much! It was the perfect vacation spot for us and we will definitely return!
