Close to city centre

The towels provided were not clean seemed to be used from previous clients. Kitchen also was not clean .only the glasses & plates were clean. When called for fresh towels & bedsheets it was only the next day that they were provided.

Terrible sewage smell when we arrived. Sat by open windows and closed bathroom door to reduce it. Phoned management- cleaners came while we were out and solved the problem. TV broken. No teapot.

the fact the cupboards have a very strong mould smell coming from them along with the freezer

Excellent for long term stays as we get the kitchen to cook. All basic amenities are provided for. Heating is excellent. Beds are v comfortable.

Very good location and spacious property. Host was professional and very easy to get hold of.

So a 9/10 as the furniture was dated and some of the dining chairs were actually damaged and need replacing.
