Overall the house was nice. The couches are quite stained, but overall the property is clean. Property management are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
Be sure to bring anything you need to cook or clean. There were only 3 kitchen rags provided and no cleaning supplies, except for broom and vacuum.

So disappointing! Furniture was stained and dirty, rugs made our feet black. We had ten guests and living room seating for five. The bugs are awful! Ruined our food! Please don’t charge a cleaning fee if you’re not going to clean. Table seats six, we had ten, it was Thanksgiving. Linens need replaced, no longer white. Gray and stained. Homes says it sleeps 13, which it does, but only sleeps. Very small common area, 13 do not fit! Reached out asking for a cleaning fee refund because it wasn’t cleaned. Haven’t heard back. I would not stay here again under current conditions. This house needs an overhaul. Pictures are deceiving. Mold in bathrooms. Would not stay here again. Location is great, bikes were awesome to have! Disappointed my Thanksgiving was ruined.

The location is wonderful of this house. Very easy to get to the pool, tram stop, and restaurants.
The house itself feels like it needs a deep clean, and a refresh. The sofa and pillows were really worn and stained. The furniture and fixtures in the house are really dated.
The kitchen has just about everything you could need.
I don’t know what was going on with the AC, but it never cooled the house down. While it said 70, every person woke up sweating, and uncomfortable.

We did and left message we got our wristband after 9PM.
Other than this inconvenience we were able to enjoy the stay. Bikes were great to have. Plenty towels. Washer and Dryer in great condition. Love the location.

The experience was good; however the property was not as clean as we expected. Some sheets were dirty (3rd floor pullout) had to ask for clean ones. Trundle bed busted so could not use. When we walked on floor our feet got black; water leak in master bath that took all day to get fixed; under couch and under cushions had socks, pacifier, food underneath. Section where TV cable boxes very dusty. Cleaning supplies were left on table and no one ever picked up. 3rd floor balcony on last night tried to go out and it smelled like something died up there. The beach was nice although very crowded; nice to have tram to get there. Also nice to have pool and bikes were fun to ride. If the house was cleaned better and everything working properly would have been great.

Spring Break 2021
Great location. Awesome layout. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Check in was very easy. Hope to stay again next year.
