House was well equipped for someone who wants to cook. Has everything you need for meal prep. Love love love the big picture window in the eating area and the enclosed back area. Very pet friendly and comfortable space. Bedrooms and bathrooms super clean. I will remember this space and hopefully visit again soon!

Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath home in Seabrook. Quiet private location. Very relaxing.

I’ve been vacationing in Seabrook for 40 years now!!! It’s the best, especially with kids. This condo was perfect. We didn’t end up bringing our dog but well equipped for a dog and no dog smell. We spent most of out time out in the sunroom. Would stay again.

Private, clean. Just as promised just morning enough. This is a great property that we loved and was comfortable for my old 4 legged friends. My daughter and I enjoyed game time in this beautiful condo and good food that was close at Fresh Fields. Thank you

This home is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable! It was our second year staying there and we had a great time. It's an easy bike ride to public beach accesses and the clubhouse.

Overall we had a very nice stay in this well appointed and spacious rental. I found the communication with Vacasa property management to be less than optimal. The second day of our stay the keyless entry stopped working but someone local was able to deliver keys to the property since the lock box was empty when we checked. Getting gate passes this year was challenging when it has never been before in my 10 years of visiting Seabrook. Not sure if this is due to the specialty operations which I assume is outsourced. We love Seabrook Island though and still had a great time.

Nice place: good layout, fairly well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, loved the sun room, quiet area of Seabrook Island. Really enjoyed the location and the property. Upon arrival found plates and glasses that were not clean- so we ran the dishwasher and resolved- an opportunity for the Property Manager. Also, in communication with PM- we informed them the hammock was broken. They told us it is not included in the amenities. The website listing shows 4 pictures of a hammock and mentions it in the listing. No one came to fix it- the individual I communicated with was condescending, not helpful and unpleasant to work with. Also, I informed them of leak in washing machine. They sent a really pleasant guy out- he confirmed a leak- said someone would be there to fix. No one came to fix it while we were there. There was no documentation of anyone coming to the property while we were away from the property. The beds were comfortable enough- however, suggest to bring your own pillows. The ones provided need to be replaced. Nothing against the owners of this place- as stated nice place in a wonderful location. The Property Managers failed for this rental.
