clean and tidy, heater and electric blanket provided (essential at this time of year in Orange), contained all essential amenities

paper thin walls between the room and up stairs - I could hear all conversations in the morning when the people living in the main house had visitors in the morning.

good size room

bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom is tiny. power tripped out a few times and half the PowerPoints where not installed properly. room was set up all wrong.

that it was available and clean

inadequate PowerPoint access, a towel missing, owner not receptive to the idea of warming up the room prior to our arrival, even though he claimed to be only 5 mins away.

bed was comfortable

Its a bit old , the shower needs to be cleaned better to remove some old mold

Comes with everything you might imagine from a studio - ironing board, washing machine, dryer, cooking equipment, spices etc

Could have included a box of tissues, would be perfect Also a little noisy as we could hear the house occupants at night Found a couple cockroaches

We liked the quiet, convenient location

The studio is connected to the main house which is also rented out. You can hear everything through the walls. I was kept up all night. Worst experience to date.

The apartment is not in town, it's on the suburban outskirts with no facilities within walking distance... and is at the back of a house. While not uncomfortable it does feel rather strange! Not one for a romantic night!

very cozy. quiet. Surprisingly cold weekend but room very warm with little heater. will come again in winter to use fire

front house and yard a bit daggy. Don’t let it put you off. studio unit is great.

It was just a bit to far to pubs & clubs. To walk but we new that when we booked.

Location was quiet and close to central Orange.

Working around power point locations, for heating and cooking I didn't see the dinner menu until later -would have liked to try the tageen. perhaps mention availability on arrival, also what arrangements for breakfast. I had food with me so it wasn't a problem.

The owner was very helpful, really liked him. The bed and the fire place were great.
