I found this hotel excellent. The staff was very accommodating and patient regarding all my enquiries and requests. The room was very comfortable. The lobby and common area (dining room) is very attractive; and very clean. A substantial breakfast included with eggs, cheese, corn bread, roll, and coffee. Daily room service. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel quiet at night. A fan is provided, if needed. A very central location, close to the Plaza Bolivar, cafes, restaurants and shops. A 10 minute walk to the bus stop to get to Santa Rosa de Cabal (Calle 16, Carrera 12b). Thank you.

The room was very clean, had a small patio and it was a good size. Normal colombian breakfast served. The staff were really friendly! The location was perfect to access Pereria.

It was quite noisy, you could here everything including the doorbell going constantly. Cold shower.

The location is central

I can't understand how this hotel has such a high rating - the bed is awful and the sheets are cheap and plasticy - they don't provide a lamp, there is no switch by the bed and the lighting is harsh white - on arriving, the shower was broken, it took 24 hours to fix - the door handle to the bathroom fell off after 2 days. It was never fixed despite reporting. Absurd. - the noise echoes through the hotel. I was awoken at 6 by the breakfast set up, from the 3rd floor!

It is located near to Plaza Bolívar, a lot of businesses around. The entrance of the building has many upstairs, around 30, so it is not good if you carry heavy luggage.

There is not air conditioner, instead there is a fan.

The ventilator was too noisy. Also the breakfas was poor, it is something that can improved. Additionally the room had too much cleaning smell.
