Loved that there were enough rooms and baths for each person! Pool was convenient for an afternoon cool down but hot tub is not ‘hot’… just warm-ish. Check in instructions should give details (like address) of where to get gate pass. There was literally a line of cars at the gate all trying to figure out where to go since the community is so large! Staff is very attentive and gets back to you immediately. Drive time to Disney parks is NOT realistic. The best time made was right at 30 minutes and some days, 45! No fault of the house, but guests staying in adjacent homes can stay up all night at their pools, screaming, yelling, blaring music… seems to be no ‘rules’ or concern for consideration of those around you. Would be nice if there was some type of noise curfew/ordinance. Our neighbors last night stayed up THE ENTIRE NIGHT so it was impossible to sleep and made the trek home very difficult.

Family of 10 adults, the place was spacious and easy access. Beautiful home, very clean, exquisitely decorated. Kitchen could have been better stocked with the minimums but it was a great stay. Close enough to Disney Parks.

We were all very pleased with the VRBO we booked for our Disney/Universal Adventure of a lifetime! The house very clean and had everything we were looking for and more. With 4 boys between ages 7 and 10, there was more than enough space to accommodate their energy levels when we were on "days off" from the parks. We did have a couple minor issues with the amenities of the house but when called upon, management addressed them almost immediately which was great. One small recommendation would be to ensure folks know that they would need to purchase their own dish soap, laundry detergent/fabric softener (which we did) but beyond that everything was wonderful. Champions Gate amenities were great on our down days from the park and the boys had a great time mini putting! One small issue with access to Champions Gate is that the QR code didn't work a lot of the time so we had to call upon security a lot to gain access. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay at this location. Thank you to mgmt for providing us a great place to stay on our vacation!

Very nice house. Accommodated our group of 12 easily regarding space and beds. There was an issue with hot water…we had to time showers because there was not enough hot water for more than 2 people at a time. Also the listing advertised a 6 minute drive to Disney. This was not accurate. It was 20-30 minutes to all Disney parks. Also would have been nice to have an early check-in option. We ended up having to drive straight from the car rental with all of our luggage to Epcot after a long day of travel instead of being able to drop off luggage and freshen up before our evening time park excursion. It worked out fine but would have been nice to check-in a couple of hours early if possible. Many vrbo rentals give u that option if the house is already clean and ready.

House was AMAZING! Huge and comfortable with modern amenities. Communications were absolutely perfect! Would stay again in a second!

We stayed here for 8 nights with 2 adults & 11 kids. We enjoyed the house and the pool. The clubhouse is great as well. Each room is very well decorated and kid friendly. Our kids really loved the game room. We highly recommend you bring someone in and professionally paint the white walls and trim or deep clean it. All the stains and small holes in wall make it look dirty. Also the house could use more towels to sleep that many people. Other than that, everything was clean and we enjoyed the house. We would stay here again.

Similar to another recent review, this house is very nice, with a pool, and reasonable location to restaurants and shopping. We actually enjoyed the house for the most part, but when something goes wrong the management company doesn’t necessarily seem to be on top of things. With so many other housing opportunities in the Disney World area, I can’t in good conscience even rate these guys average. In our instance, we had a couple of issues, and initially the management company was quite responsive, but after calling about a second problem, they seem to Ghost us on email. This is simply unacceptable practice. Hopefully the management company will pick up on this and improve but for now, my recommendation would be to look for some other location than one managed by this management company. For those considering, here are a couple of problems we faced: - All windows in house were left unlocked ! -wash cloths and towels were insufficient for the size of our party. Mind you their “page” indicates more than were in the house and we were unable to get the paid for quantity to use. We had to wash towels and such every single day… while on “vacation “. - Wifi was intermittently useful, great speeds when it worked but then would just wig out and stop. Nearly every movie dropped and froze during our stay.

The location was great, the house was spacious, plenty of room for the 16 of us staying there. However, there were too many negatives to give it a good review. All negatives are “small” things but when you add them up, they are no longer small. Downstairs remote #1 didn’t work, remote #2 had no batteries, found an extra remote hidden in upstairs couch that worked downstairs that remote had no back to it, had the security system beeping the entire first day/night into most of the second day. When on vacation and having to get up early to hit parks but have half the house, including 5 children, up at 3 am due to beeping, it puts a damper on the entire next day at the park. One of the back sliders didn’t lock, had a plastic piece added to prevent doors from sliding which is helpful however it was a few inches off the ground for little ones to be able to open/close. Found hair in all bathrooms, some on the floors, back of doors, in bathtubs (no baths for kids which is never fun with 6 kids that all love baths). Found ants throughout. First thought it was just bathrooms but then found in bedrooms. As I was unpacking, I literally came home with ants in my suitcase. There was glitter all over the carpeted area, from previous guests, not sure how well the house was vacuumed between stays. We were prepared for the lack of items in the house as far as extra paper towels, bath towels, kitchen pans, etc. due to reading other posts. They start you with is the bare minimum and not enough to get through more than a day with 16 people. One thing to add for parents, as I wish I had known this before hand as we would not have booked here… loved the bunks in the rooms BUT the steps to go up are extremely far apart and hard for kids to get up/down. My 8 year old struggled to access the bed and my 6 year old even fell half way down because he couldn’t feel the next step down with his leg extended all the way down. Also, with the bunks in the Star Wars room… the mattress was higher than the side ramp on the top bunk. Almost had both my boys roll right off the top since there is no real rail to stop them from doing so since the mattress goes over the rail that is there. QR gate access codes never worked, saw that in other posts so was prepared. We saw the rental company commented on others’ posts about letting them know to send a new one but we had 8 QR codes and not one worked, the on call guard was always quick to let us in. Again, too many negatives to stay again.

House and surrounding area is very nice. Plenty of room for our group of 20. Will definitely be staying here again.

Eleven in our party and plenty of room to be comfortable. Can't give it five stars due to finding quite a bit of hair in a bathtub and more on a pillow in a bedroom. Maybe the cleaning crew needs a second set of eyes when they've finished. There's an ongoing problem with getting through the gates. QR codes don't work. Contacted the security company and they don't care. IHM should have enough clout with their many managed properties to get Champions Gate to solve it. But we enjoyed the house and it's amenities.

We were denied an early check in (mind you, check out was 10am) and check in was no earlier than 4pm. Driving from out of state with an infant and a 5yr old, we had to kill 2 hrs before we could check in. We arrived and lo and behold, we couldn’t go in because the cleaning crew was still there. Ok, we will wait (and we did). Then, the carpet was not cleaned (or vacuumed), the bathrooms had everything falling apart (towel hooks, tub stoppers), I even stepped on a shard of glass and cut my toe! I was glad it was me that stepped on it and not any of the 10 kids staying in the house. The pool floor was dirty… you can physically see the grime on the edges… no one in the house could get in thru the gate! Not even us! They sent us a QR code that only worked on the community pool side (7mins away from the house). We tried calling and were told to wait for an hour or longer to get someone to contact us. Needless to say, getting into the community was always a hassle!! We were not the only ones experiencing this. Lastly, the key pad in the joint locked us out on out last night. It just stopped working! We had out pet inside and when we called for help, they told us they would send someone in THE MORNING! My husband had to be stern and state that he would call the fire department or someone to get us in (again, at 10pm at night locked out with 2 infants and two 5yr olds)… The place was just not worth the money. The pictures get you though! It made this place look absolutely fabulous… not the case.

The home is beautiful and fit our large extended family of 15 people wonderfully. Only negatives were they did not provide any household items..we had to buy trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc..and they had hardly any cooking utensils in the home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. However wear water shoes as your feet will get torn up. The home is backed up to an empty lot where they are doing construction so not a good view. Also our QR codes never worked to get into the gated community but the guard never had an issue buzzing us in. We were a bit father out then expected from Orlando as with traffic it took a good 45 mins to get anywhere. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Beautiful house including pool and amenities. We had 9 adults and 8 kids, all were comfortable and pleased with the accommodations. Whether we stayed in or went to Disney (which we did a lot) it was a great place. Disney and Universal were 30-45 min away (mostly sure to traffic). But relaxing by the pool or watching movies on their big screen TVs were both great.

Nice neighborhood. Overall clean house except for tiny ants in the kitchen on floors and countertops. Some construction noise in the back.

We were staying here during my daughters cheer competition. The house is great, it is spacious, clean and decorated really cute. The main issue we had was getting in and out of the gates, our QR codes did not work and that was frustrating when coming back from a late night at the parks. The house is not fully stocked there was not enough towels, no extra blankets, and only one pan so if your planning on making meals be prepared. This is the first VRBO that wasn’t stocked with items like cooking supplies such as salt and pepper. They gave us 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom(some were half used) 1 roll of paper towels, no extra trash bags so I had to make a store run. These things are not a make or break it for us, just not used to that when renting a VRBO especially when it is on the higher price range. The house is nice, property management is nice and helpful, and the location is a 25 min drive to the parks. I am not sure if I would rent again only because I prefer a house that is stocked with the essentials especially towels, I had to buy laundry detergent so that I could wash towels because there was not enough for one round of showers for each of us.

The house itself was large, clean and well kept. The kitchen was fairly sparsely equipped No cookie sheet or anything that would go in the oven, no pancake turner), but usable. The main problems were outside the owner's control. The houses are VERY close together, no green space to speak of, and the pool backed directly up to a construction site where yet more houses are being built. Fortunately, my grandson LOVES construction equipment, so it was OK for us. The dishwasher did not work the entire week we were there, and the management company was not good about returning calls. In fact, they never returned calls. I know things break, and I don't expect immediate repairs, but I do expect communication. They did give us a late check out and a SMALL refund, but that did not make up for hand washing baby bottles our entire vacation. The code for the security gate never worked, for us or a lot of other renters. The clubhouse pool is lovely, but very crowded, so get there early if you want a chair. I know this sounds awfully negative, but these were relatively minor annoyances; the house itself was really very nice. It is conveniently located to the Disney parks, but traffic makes it a longer trip. Again, nothing the owner can control, but be advised.

The dishwasher was broken and the bottom and sides of the pool and hot tub was very sharp. We all had scrapes all over us after we got out. Game room was fun, beds were comfy! Would stay again.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. It was perfect for our large group of 20 adults and teens there for a weekend at Universal. We had an issue with our gate code and I had some questions about the property. Management answered the phone calls promptly and was polite and helpful. We felt well cared for and had a great time. We have never stayed off property in regards to Disney and Universal because we liked the fast pass perks however this house, hands down is a great deal. For the same money, we were able to get the house and buy fast passes. Our motivation was the private pool, our family is always too tired to trudge to the resort pool but being able to relax after a long day on our feet was a game changer. The entire home is fantastic. The TVs are huge. The rooms are huge. I’m an interior designer and was shocked at the size of the home as real estate photography is often deceiving. My in-laws and my 13 year old boys all agree they would much rather stay at this home than any of the premium resort hotels, any of them. The beds and pillows, even the blankets were so comfortable. The home was new and spotlessly cleaned. There were a few superficial damages (small puncture in a closet door, carpet stain in upstairs bedroom, etc) which we were careful to photograph however, the home is so beautiful overall that I doubt anyone other than a super type-A would even notice. Other reviewers commented on the lack of towels so we brought our own which turned out to be unnecessary. The host/manager was extremely responsive to any questions and there’s a cool tech-feature computer type screen to take the place of information binders and to contact the house manager. The neighborhood was clearly a vacation rental community but we kind of liked that. The house is well equipped and easy to get to from the park. Traffic is awful, but that would be any home in the area. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and several pizza delivery options. We rarely stay at the same VRBO more than once but this is definitely one we are looking forward to returning to. 5 stars for the house and property manager …one star removed for the traffic coming and going to parks.

This property was great for my daughters 10th birthday. My family of 18 slept comfortably. Everything was perfect ❤️

The home was beautiful. The house was as described. It was plenty of room for me and my family and I would definitely book again.

I spent first day and a half reporting broken items in house, trying to get correct wifi info, difficulty getting through gate every day after the first day because scanner didn’t work for us. The jacuzzi water level drops if jets are on. We had to sweep broken glass from around couch. I’m glad no one got hurt. Management should have inspected the house for any repairs needed prior to renters going in because there were missing curtains and rods broken. Too much noice from neighbors made it difficult to get some rest. Access to the house was past set time (4:00 pm) because previous renters had late check out time and I was not notified. And we felt rushed to vacate when cleaning person arrived an hour early. The house was not bad overall, but wish we were notified of the broken: glass, chair, toilet paper holders, curtain rod, missing curtain & missing ball to foosball table… Did not get the rest I looked forward to!

We are a wonderful time. The lockbox was broke the first night and took a couple of hours but they put us in a house right around the corner for our first night. They had us back in our original house by lunch time the next day. There was a beeping noise and we had to call twice to get someone to take care of it. All in all, the house was very clean spacious and accommodating. My kiddos had a blast in the pool, game room and loved the themed bedrooms. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. We hope to go back again.

The property was impressive- ginormous quarters and so much room for everyone, so much so that we didn’t see each other and had our own quiet time in our own space. The themed rooms were so cool!! We LOVED the set up, and the pool area was awesome!! And although I paid extra for the pool heat, It wasn’t hot. Also, we picked up stuff for dinner, but when we went to start the grill there unfortunately was no propane. When we arrived at the home -half of the pictures we’re off the walls and in the laundry room? So strange?? So we looked at the pics of the listing and hung them all back up on the existing hooks. In addition there was a lot of trash on the grounds out front, including Vinyl siding which looks to have fallen off of the side of the house. And the last negative thing was that the towel hook fell out if the wall in the first floor bathroom - so my husband fixed it. Other-than-that, the home was beautiful and the amenities were amazing- a great time was had by all. All-in-all, it was vacation we will treasure. Thank you for making it possible.
