The house was easy to access, even in wintry weather, very clean and cozy with beautiful views. We would love to go back and would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed a couple days skiing. Yes 4x4 was a must as a winter storm made it impassable otherwise. Great accomodations and super host.

The bbq grill was not operational. The propane hoses were all disconnected. No place to unpack clothes for any length of stay. Only have clothes bars to hang. There is plenty of room in MB to have a dresser, would have been convenient. Make sure u have 4 wheel drive. I saw many people stuck n I pulled 1 neighbor car’s from being stuck. Beech making snow n it all blows into these himes n mail road.

Our family of five had a wonderful time here! You can walk right out the door to the slopes. The owners are extremely friendly and easy to get in touch with. The house is really cute and very clean! We would highly recommend!

We came here with two families of 4 each and had a wonderful time. The views from the deck are even better than the pictures show. Being able to walk to the slopes is a nice bonus. Smart tvs are everywhere and wifi is good for when the weather is bad. The gas fireplace looks and feels great and is so easy to use. Communication with the property manager was excellent and check in procedures were simple. The only dings I can come up with there was trash all over the ground around the garbage cans but if people don't use the locking lids appropriately, the critters will get in and make a mess. The other issue (it doesn't feel right to call it that) is that the bunk beds are on the tight side for two people each. We thought that the four kids (ages 9-13) could share the two beds and while they could have, two chose to sleep on the couches. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The location is about 80 steps to the slopes (and that’s with ski boots on) - so we really enjoyed the easy access for skiing. The property has everything you need and more. It’s renovated well, feels great, and was a joy to stay in. We will definitely plan to stay here the next time we come!

What a beautiful house, amazing views, clean, open concept leaving room with a very homey vibe! I had to work while my family enjoyed the skiing and I’m was so very pleased with the internet speed.

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our family of 5 (2 adults/3 kids). Property is as detailed and the owner is very responsive. The power went out in Avery County in the middle of the day Saturday (for an hour) and the landlord not only called the power company, but also followed back up with us to let us know the power had been restored (we were out for afternoon). The house offers amazing views. Kitchen is well appointed. This is detailed in the listing, but the access road to the house can be challenging. You will need 4x4 on your vehicle to manage the turns and snow blown from the resort. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent here again on a return trip to Beech Mountain.
