House was in great shape. Owners were easy to work with and communicated well. Not far to the Van Dorn metro station which we took downtown each day to see different sights.

The location was perfect to get to the National Mall in 15 minutes. Reasonably priced. The house was exactly what we needed. It was clean and stocked with cooking utensils. We definitely would book with them again.

This property was exactly what we wanted a place to sleep, shower and relax between all graduation activities.

We enjoyed our stay. The landlord was easy to reach and responded quickly

Parking was good, kitchen is a little small for more than one person at a time, but overall it was a very comfortable space for our 5 nights. We were all 70+ years of age and it worked well for us.

The place was perfect for our three generation family visit to DC. Spacious, clean, great location. Hosts responded to questions right away. Very accommodating. A pleasure to stay here!

Our family traveled to D.C. area for spring break. There were six of us so the 3 bedrooms worked perfect. Off street parking was great. Host was very easy to contact if needed. Check in was easy, location was very safe and easy to find. We would recommend this host and location to anyone and would stay there again if we visit again.

Wonderful property. We could not have asked for better accommodations. It was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing and exploring.. Highly recommend!

Lovely, clean and just as described. The only thing that could be improved was that there was a strong perfume like smell, possibly from cleaner, that was bothersome for those with fragrance sensitivity.

Clean. Convenient. Well lit. Well equipped. We had a wonderful stay. Hope to stay here each time we return to the area.

Overall the house was not bad, It was clean and decorated nicely, but the rooms were very cramped for a family of four with two teenagers. We could not figure out how to turn on the lamp in the living room nor did we know about the spare AC unit. It would have been helpful if they had listed more detailed instructions about the house in the welcome binder. We thought the AC was broken after the first night because it never cooled down to the desired temperature and it was so hot, but after some communication with the owner, we found out that there is a "split unit" in the living room that needed to be turned on. Something we had no experience with. The owner was very attentive in this matter and sent someone right away to check the Central Unit just in case. I was also a little surprised that they had long term renters in the basement unit. This was not something that was mentioned in the description and was not disclosed until the day before check in. Honestly, I probably would not have booked this property had I known that. We didn't see or hear from them other then having to make sure to leave room in the driveway, but we felt like we had to be extra quiet walking around since we were above them, it was a little awkward. As for the size, I should have been more diligent when looking at the pictures. The rooms were on the small side, with no room for a dresser or place to put our suitcase without it being in the way the whole time. We had to make the most out of the closets, but those were even a tight squeeze getting in and out. The master bath was super small! I am not a big person by any means, and I had a hard time moving around in such a small space. The shower was just as small. My husband and I actually ended up sharing the hallway bathroom with the kids during the entire stay. The master bath looked newly renovated, but it was just too tight of a squeeze to be functional. I personally would not stay here again- mainly due to the size, which is not any fault of the owner. They made the most of the space they have, but for us it wasn't ideal.

Needed a place to stay in order to visit our daughter, her husband, and our new grandson. The home was nice and clean, and the owner was very pleasant to to work with. Recommended.....

It was near a major road but each bedroom has a white noise machine. We will totally stay here the next time we go to DC.

Perfect launching place for our attendance at our son’s Marine Corps ceremony at Quantico, VA. Also perfect for a couple days in Washington DC. Very close to necessary interstates. Owner was extremely attentive to minor issues like lightbulbs, location of ironing board, need for a blender, etc. it’s not a large place, but perfect for the five of us!

We had a wonderful experience at this property! Checking-in was so easy and the property owner was very responsive to my messages! The rooms were spacious and very clean! Two bathrooms were so nice! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook small meals and breakfast. We will definitely be coming back in the future. We also took walks around the neighborhood and they were nice!

Property is newly renovated. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms are nice and clean. Nice touch of welcoming snack tray was waiting for us when we arrived. It was hot and humid summer and the air-conditioning is at the perfect setting all through out our stay. First night, the raccoons were having a party on the roof. The owners have warned us about it before we arrived. And the next day the pest control was there and did a great job. Second night, no more racoon party. The place is perfect for us dropping off my niece for post grad school. The only set back is the location on a busy main road. The owner is a text away. Quick to respond to our concerns. Great place to stay. 5 minutes away from Starbucks and shopping center.

We requested extra washcloths after a long first day of being in the area. The host sent his housekeeper immediately at about 9:00 that night. There was plenty of soap and shampoo, if needed. Plenty of pots and pans, just buy your food to cook.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. We really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean and well maintained and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.
