Myself & family including our fur baby loved staying at the Phoenix Oasis apartment with pool. The facilities were fabulous & the hosts were always available to answer any questions when we had them. We highly recommend this property & all look forward to staying here again in the future.

Pretty location close to beaches, tranquil part of town, sun-drenched and decent sized swimming pool, dog friendly.

Some upgrades needed i.e. very uncomfortable sofa and wrong position of sofa / TV for a group of 4 to watch tv together. Noise from upstairs occupants moving around their unit. The original house was converted to units but more floor soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs units is needed. Only 1 toilet, between a group of 4 adults this became a slight issue during a 6 day stay. House next door is undergoing renovations, with trades there all week, this should have been mentioned to us at the time of booking as their noise somewhat spoilt what is an otherwise tranquil location. The advertised "spa and wellness centre" is confusing, not sure what facility this refers to.

The property is fantastic! The pool was great and loved by the kids. The extra touches were very much appreciated and a lovely gesture

My family and me very like this place. The attentive and friendly host provided a lot of breakfast options, such as: milk, juice, bread, eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit, etc. The tableware is also very complete and massaged chair applied, swimming pool very privacy and beautiful. The location is very good and quiet. It is very close to the Tacking Point Lighthouse and can be reached in 4 minutes by car. It is very easy to watch the sunrise and sunset. We are planning to come here again in the future.

The property was a bit cluttered both inside and outside

For them to even supply ingredients for breakfast was unexpected and very generous of them. I don’t know any other hosts that do that. Location is great. Close to beaches and to town centre.

We had such an amazing stay! Wonderful hosts and a great location :) super comfy beds, great amenities, what more could you ask for? I highly reccomend this accomodation

Great place to stay, close to everything within Port Macquarie. Loved that our little pup was able to join us, he was very comfortable there, which made us comfortable.

Our stay was lovely with everything we need supplied and it was great that we could take our fur baby who was also made welcome

Just the car park but it was fine

The bed was very comfortable. The unit was very clean. Extra ie more than expected provisions provided to make us feel welcome.

Provide instructions on use of stove and rubbish removal.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Everything has been thought of down to the finest detail. There were a few times when I kicked myself because I had forgotten to pack something - only to find there was one provided.

The only suggestion I have - and this is not a criticism as there would be no reason why the host would know unless they slept in the bedroom closest to the bathroom. The mattress is super comfy - but the frame supporting it needs looking at - it seems to have sagged in the middle. This was fine for me, as I was sleeping alone, but I imagine a couple would roll into the middle.

Now this is my PERSONAL opinion. We both have mobility issues, and the rear stairs could do with a simply hand rail. The beds and lounge SO comfortable but extremely low
