Ubicación acorde a mis necesidades. Su relación con el precio es muy buena. Posee amplias habitaciones. muy cómoda y moderna la ducha.

Que pedí en el front desk que no me hicieran la habitación, pero pese a mi reiteración no me hicieron caso y me hicieron el servicio de limpieza que yo pedí claramente que no ingresaran.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Nur muss man beachten, dass die Mitarbeiter, bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen, nur spanisch reden. Somit sollte man Spanisch reden können oder eine gute App zur Hand haben, Desweiteren , ist die Lage sehr gut und zentral.

Schwierig ist es wenn keine spanisch Sprachkenntnisse vorhanden sind.

I thought it was an 'airport hotel' and it wasn't - its a 20 min walk to the airport and / or a taxi ride (2 min drive). The hotel can arrange the taxi or you can ask for an uber, but even so.. the taxi prices are high compared to the lenght of the ride

it was handy being so close to the airport, at its only 900m away from the airport, it’s not easy to get too late at night.

The bedding wasn’t clean and the location of the hotel is on a very busy road outside the airport, making it hard to walk to and not very safe so late at night. we enquired about a shuttle but no one got back to us.

A great value stop close to Toluca Airport, as we had an early flight. Location is perfect. Argentinian steak house over the road was okay for dinner.

Restaurant personnel is very nice and breakfast is good! The rooms are clean. The location is very close to the airport.

The ladies at the front / check-in desk could benefit from a " Hospitality "course. They are quite haughty and snappy. We've stayed twice, and both times felt very unwelcome. The area around isn't safe after sunset.

The tv was nice. The bed had a good mattress.

Room not ready at 4 pm. No phone in room Only 2 old and ragged out towels. Had to request a hand towel 3 TIMES. No washcloths! The minuscule toilet's only lightbulb was out. Called front desk about it. Waited 40 min. Called again and after 20 min it was finally changed. A/C is SUPER LOUD! There's nothing "grand" about this hotel. Only amenity is a tiny bottle of shampoo?( no conditioner or body lotion) and a very small soap plus a small bottle of water. Front desk staff was extremely dry and snappy. 2nd time here. Hopefully, the last time!
