The Property was extremely safe & Clean. Gated. Small. Very Quiet. There’s always a gate attendant who’s very polite and helpful. Nice pool. Parking.

The pool was nice , the location is spot on super close to everything literally one nfl football field long to the strip very short walk, community speaks to you and treat like kings and queens

My AC wasn’t blowing( PAUSE) cold air but they fixed it the next morning with out issue but overall will stay here always

Spacious apartment in private and safe condo community, close to everything (Alicia beach, restaurants, shops, nightlife) but in a quiet area. The condo is nicely decorated, fully equipped, has kitchen with oven and microwave, 2 beedrooms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, big furnished balcony, safe, apartment door with electronic lock. Onsite security guards friendly and very helpful (special thanks to Daniel).

The condo is obviously not new (lots of paving tiles damaged, kitchen equipment old and not really clean, especially baking oven). The pool is small, the pool area is narrow with few sunbeds, no pool shower. Being outside on the street, you always have to knock to get access to the fenced property.

The apartment was very clean and perfectly located in Sosua.

The quiet atmosphere, the security is excellent. The beach is steps away. The apartment is beautiful.
