Over priced. We stayed here last year during the same time. Price hiked by 1/3 more. Still the same toilet handles are not tightened. The bed in the master is hot and the metal frame creaks. The ceiling has water damage. The people are rude at the pool. We have a 2.5 year old grand daughter. There was no kiddy pool at the pool and someone called security bcuz she was swimming in the pool. If this is the rule, someone should warn you. Front storm door doesn’t close. No see-ims got in. The snacks tgat were out were so stale. Barely 2 towels per person. This time we felt overcharged. Seems like you rent, clean and don’t maintain. You have nice neighbors. You have great cabinets and floor and great patio window treatment. I can’t say more than that. Disappointed this round.

Tom is an amazing host and the condo is beautiful. We relaxed, cooked, did laundry, worked, hung out on the golfcourse-backed balcony, and walked the beautiful grounds along the Intercoastal water. All this without even leaving. Beyond that, the location is perfect when you want to split time between the beaches and downtown St Pete.

Our family went to a wedding. It was very nice we couldn’t of asked for any better . The weather was beautiful. The pool was so relaxing and the atmosphere and people were very friendly!!

Put off by the cost and fees especially once we learned the same building, the same time period rented for one third of the price plus No exorbitant fees! ( I realize timing but still! ) The condo had basic service needs at best. Then just hours prior to our departure we received a text changing the stated check out time, from the posted 11am to 10 am...not convenient, since we had a later flight. Changing, check out time because of your next check in and texting at three minutes after the adjusted check out time...really not cool!! We were also not fully aware of amenity availability and learned access to beach pool and beach was limited and not available to our building. No check in instructions received had to ask for Entry lock instructions. No check out instructions, texted with change of check out time...no clear parking instructions available at unit. We were warned by Condo tenants about parking in the wrong space and the fines attatched. But no clear numbers on spacing. I was texted a check out list along with change in check out time the night prior to check out, just hours prior to our check out day. My husband and I enjoy traveling and experiencing new places but were left feeling over charged and frustrated. PLUS it seemed strange to receive a Face book post saying I could avoid some fees after I booked.

Beautiful location that was close to many things to do at the beach or in the city. Our condo had the comforts of home; a quick stop at the grocery store and we were set. Our property manager communicated with us multiple times making sure our stay was great also.
