Beachfront location, wonderful views and new restaurant and beach bar to enjoy whilst taking in the amazing views. Amazing seaview from our room balcony.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. We loved our sea view from the rooms, pool and appreciated the fact that it was really close to the beach and never crowded or noisy. Whole our family also loved the breakfast! There was big variety of food with slight changes every day, so we could taste something a bit different each time. Also stuff was always helpful whenever it was needed - especially receptionist Eirini - always with kind smile on her face, ready to fulfill any request :-)

right in front of the beach, bike rental to go to the town, complementary champagne because we were on our honey moon, fast room service and amazing breakfast!

Amazing place, scenery, facilities, food, and staff. Situated on the beach this hotel beats many 5* hotels in the city. The staff is amazing and the views are just out of a postcard.

Way above average spacious clean and fully equipped rooms. Ideal position on the beach with no passing traffic. Plentiful free comfortable beach beds. Splendid breakfast. Very helpful pleasant and accommodating staff.

Fabulous hotel in a great spot overlooking the beach. Super clean and tidy with wonderful friendly staff. Breakfast nothing special but it never really is to be honest! Would happily stay again.
Breakfast is a bit poor and the restaurant food isn’t great. They do great sandwiches for lunch but you should consider dinner elsewhere. Lovely outside bar for a drink either before or after dinner but skip the food. Pool is not a great feature but the wonderful beach and the beach chairs make that pretty irrelevant.

Location to the beach was perfect. Rooms where a good size and had everything we needed. Reception were always willing to help and gave us some good advice about places to visit.

The hotel was small and cosy so we enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere and being away from busy, loud, crowded hotels. This was also the only hotel where the distance from the room to the beach was so small. literally felt we were living right on the beach. The staff were amazing and friendly and were willing to accommodate a room upgrade.

Beach and location of the restaurant are very beautiful.
The hotel is worn out and old-fashioned. Standard breakfast and the worst coffee.. this must really be a joke! Our room (maisonette) wasn't very comfortable, everything felt cheap and barely any decoration. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room

Everything was perfect. Direct at the beach and promenade, but very quite because no road between hotel and beach. The staff was very helpful and had a lot of excellent recommendation for restaurants. The rooms are good and clean and also have a good size. Beach chairs without cost. Also the food was very good. I would recommend to book a room with Seaview as the view is really great.

We originally booked the Iperion for a few days with the intention to proceed exploring Crete island. However, due to the warmth of Christiana, Michalis and the whole staff, the cleanliness of the nice rooms, the good food and the perfect location of the hotel we had to stay for the whole duration of our vacation..... Without a question we will return and can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Wonderful Location extremely peaceful by the sea. I loved to have each morning breakfast served on table by the sea. Rooms are well equipped with minimal design. Staff is wonderful with attentive services. See you soon!
