The toilet flush button was broken

The car park was packed full of wedding guests and I had to wait for a spot which was very tight, my car got scratched. It was not noted to me on reception that a code was to be scanned to read an online menu with room service info number to call reception and menu. Eventually noticed it on the key card wallet, but too late!

The breakfast was delicious. Lots to choose from. Local food options also. The lobby and pool area also great. Had the pool all to myself in November.

Our room has little ants in it. All over. Bathroom, living area and also, what I think its not acceptable, the bed covers. The staff told us they'd change the sheets, but clearly that would not stop the ants. We were given a room upgrade after we complained. The rooms at the top of the hotel are much nicer and more modern. The ac worked there. The lower floors the ac did not work at all, even in November when it's not as hot. The staff called us a taxi for an early check out, yet we had to wait 15 extra minutes because apparently no one ever actually called. Wouldn't stay here again.

The property was clean and the staff were polite, however I don’t consider this hotel a 4 star anymore. There are much modern hotels in the area and are close to the beach.

I visited the property in the past, but they now charge you €15 euros to use there spa facilities which include spa, steam and sauna. I don’t like the fact that they do this as previously it was free. This was was the only reason I decided to stay at this hotel and now that they have decided to charge I will not be visiting again.

Everything - very nice hotel with excellent service. Beautiful pool area. Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the bus stop (no. 30) to city center and Mymall. (Same bus stop for intercity buses to Nicosia on the other side of the road). Good breakfast and dinner buffet.

Very unstabel TV signal in the room.

I didn't liked the view and the fact that after the upgrade i still didn't have balcony. The location is far away from the centre and marina, but it's good value for the price.

Breakfast: Had everything (sour and sweet beverages, fruits, yogurts etc.) Room: Comfy, nice view from the top, clean. However, the lights were a bit low. Pool: Nice medium-size pool, peaceful and quiet environment.

At the check-out, the staff did not ask us if everything was good. Also, that we needed to pay for using the sauna which was next to the pool.

PEOPLE ARE VERY POLITE. SUFFICIENT PARKING SPACE. NICE BREAKFAST.

THE NON RENOVATED ROOMS ARE BAD. BATHROOMS ARE OLD. THE PICTURES OF THOSE ROOMS LOOK BETTER THAT REALITY. THERE ARE NO PICTURES OF THOSE BATHROOMS ON BOOKING. JUST BOOK FOR RENOVATED ROOMS I HAVE STAYED THERE BEFORE THEY ARE GOOD.

Friendly staff, great facilities, the location is great with mini markets around the corner. Would recommend and gladly return when back in Limassol!

The bathroom was gorgeous and the room was quite spacious

There were works in the swimming pool and in the buildings surrounding the hotel. This made difficult to stay and relax in the pool or sleep after 8am. We had to pay for the spa - please note that only the indoor pool is free of charge for guests. The breakfast was decent nothing spectacular. Aside of one of the receptionists (a man in his 50s) everyone was very nice.
