great value and near the metro to city center direct. one train. also just steps from a grocery store

toilet was high motion sensor switch off light during shower there is no vegetable in breakfast there is no fruit salad

The restaurant on the side was good with knowledgeable and friendly staff providing good food and wine. Breakfast area is a nice spot.

Appalling WiFi. This is not a business hotel. Also, so dark in the room. 3 small lamps to light quite a generous sized room. PIR lamp in the bathroom, which was set for such a short duration I had to finish my shower in the dark.

we only like the hotel outside look and location was ok near to metro subway 250-300m walk. next to a super market and an open area and quite good restaurants around.

we did not like the air conditioning system. the room was so hot we could not sleep well and it can’t be adjusted. the bathroom was not clean and in general corridors need extra deep cleaning. the poorest breakfast we have ever had in our 45 countries travel.

nothing at all z food very cold and poor according to z price. beds very old not comfortable at all very bad stuff attitude the keep cancel reservation after paying and every employer said not my business ask my friend. no ac working no lamps it wasnt my first time there but this time z room was awful no view at all with higher price i don't recommend it at all

poor breakfast choice, no hot water, no bath plug, old and smelly room, worn-out mattress, no soundproof, only one elevator working, at check-out time only one receptionist with bad English working. a real disappointment for a lot of money…

My time there is a old man did reception for us.Reception is very bad. Never seen like that. He didnt like tourist. No patient to answer question. Very bad experience with that strange reception

Good position at about 300 m from from M1 (Sesto Rondò). My room was pretty big, with 2 armchairs and a desk. Good buffet for breakfast. Staff is really nice.

During my stay, wifi was pretty slow. There is no switch to switch the light on in the toilet/bathroom and the proximity sensor used non to work well sometimes. One night I had to take the shower using the light of my smartphone. And at night light in the toilet used to stay on always (closing the door of the toilet was enough to sleep without any problem). If you like to read in the bed before sleep, the luminosity in my room was not so strong for this purpose. For the rest, good hotel.

Breakfast was quite good, bed was reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was basic but ok, water temp ok.

Room was surface cleaned reasonably well each day but eg under bed was filthy. Mature man at reception was grumpy and unhelpful, others did the minimum to help probably because they had no service to offer. Nothing worked properly in the room, safe didn't work, air conditioning didn't work, tv didn't work. Nowhere in the hotel to get food in the evening. Deemed a 4 star hotel but nearer a 2 star. Very disappointing
