Месторасположение, завтрак, номер
Персонал на ресепшен. Камила своим негативом испортила пребывание в отеле. Она постаралась сделать все, чтобы нам было не комфортно. Долго путалась во времени работы спа центра, когда захотели туда пойти она сказало, что нужно было бронировать заранее. Ей показали переписку с отелем, где это делать не нужно и она сказала, что есть проблемы по которым мы не можем туда пойти. В номерах нет информации о времени завтрака, ни времени работы спа центра и других услуг отеля. На ресепшен дают не правдивую информацию и много не говорят, чем можем воспользоваться.

Hotel has a nice location really close to the shopping mall and city center. Room was nice and clean.
There is a really small parking owned by the hotel, which was not free, when we arrived, so we had to park on the street.

Labai draugiškas personalas, jauki aplinka. Skanūs pusryčiai. Labai patogi, rami vieta. Pasisekė su parkingu. Gaila nebuvo išbandyta spa. Šią vieta pasirinkčiau antra kartą.
Buvo keli mini nepatogumai kurie viešnagės nesugadino,bet kliuvo į akis tai nešvari palangė ir vonioj gan ilgokai jungėsi šviesa.

Smagu, kad yra pirtis su baseinu ir visai neblogi pusryčiai.
Kambariuose nėra nei chalatų nei šlepečių, reikia eiti mokėti papildomai ir prašyti. Galima būtų pakelti per tuos 2 eurus nakvynės kainą ir nesukti galvos dėl tokių smulkmenų, dėl kurių viešbuty nesinori galvoti. Klientų aptarnavimui ir komunikacijai taip pat yra kur tobulėti.

Prośba o pokój od cichej strony hotelu nie została uwzględniona. Ogromna plama na wykładzinie w pokoju. Hałaśliwe krzesła w restauracji. Obsługa paląca papierosy na zapleczu kuchni. Brak powitania gości,

Dårlig kommunikasjon med personalet da vi har meldt om flere ting men ingen har kommet tilbake eller prøvd å kommunisere med oss ang sakene som vi har meldt ifra.

Asukoht väga hea - lähedal suurele kaubanduskeskusele ja kontserdipaigale, peamisele jalutustänavale ja kohvikutele. Tasuta parkimine hotelli sisehoovis. Tuba oli väga avar.
Üldine hotelli interjöör ja toad vajaksid kaasajastamist. Sisehoovi poolsetest akendest paistis suur pikalt pooleliolnud kõrge maja ehitus. Hommikusöök ei olnud midagi erilist, pigem valiks selle hotelli maksumuse eest hoopis soodsama korteri ja sööks hommikust mõnes kohvikus.

the position in town was perfect right in the middle of everything,also i enjoyed the breakfast with a good choice
i have to say i was a bit disappointed really just the general appearance was not up to 4 star standard carpets and furniture were quite tatty and worn i would have expected a smart TV as well ,my bed was up some steep shiny stairs dangerous for the elderly, also wasnt impressed with the matter of fact /unfriendy reception staff, i really rate kaunas for a visit but this will be my last visit here i think,

the staff they didn't let the delivery come to my room and also didn't inform me that it arrive or bring it to my room, so when I did it was cold. they were 2 receptionists both on their phones laughing. 4 stars my ass. This place is not even the best in Kaunas let alone Baltic

Breakfast was fine, nothing special but everything you need. Location was perfect, just in the main street. Spa area felt bit small but there was sauna, pool and gym.
I'd liked to have something surprising in the breakfast. Also the coffee machine didn't have espresso.

Breakfast was great, The view from our room was to yard and there was abandoned building which was not so nice, but we were able to see our car.
Other than that, information about seperate beds was not received by the hotel so we got double bed instead of two seperate ones, which was not really a problem for us, but might be for others.

Lova vaikui buvo pastatyta papildoma sulankstoma labai nepatogi užsakant nebuvo informacijos kad bus papildoma o ne normali lova. Dušas ankštas durys sunkei darinėjosi. Mašinos parkavime sustatytos prastai galejo likti vietos daugiau mašinu tačiau buvo pasakyta kad tiesiog nera vietu. Apartamentai ankštoki

the room was old-fashioned "soviet" style, sewer smell
someone used the toilet before us and did not even flush it
there was a walk-in shower on the Booking.com room photo (needed for an incapacitated person), but it was a tub in reality

Hotel is located in very good location. Close to main walking district full of shops, close to Akropolis, Zalgiris arena. Staff were friendly and helpful I really liked that I can open window to change air before sleep. Room was quiet and really spacious.
Hotel is not new, but welcoming. Therefore you have such a good price in such location

Czysto, pokój komfortowy dla 3 osób. My byliśmy we czwórkę, a jedno łóżko było rozkładaną polówką. Trudno znaleźć informacje o typach wszystkich łóżek.
Póżny przyjazd równa się parking na ulicy. Na szczęście rano można było zaparkować na parkingu hotelu bezpłatnie, nawet po godzinach wymeldowania, by spokojnie zwiedzać miasto.
Lokalizacja idealna, blisko do deptaka, restauracji itp. i go tego cicho. Śniadanie dobre, można się najeść i zrelaksować. Słodko, słono jak kto woli. Tylko mało mięs ale to raczej taki litewski urok.
Pobyt zgodny z oczekiwaniami. Tylko dla 4 osób powinne być 4 standardowe łóżka (jedno dostawiane, rozkładane było mało wygodne). Duży, komfotrowy pokój pomieściłby dwa normale łóżka z materacem.
Brak informacji o typach łóżek. Lepiej dopłacić i mieć 4 komfortowe spania ale jest tylko info o jednym dużym łóżku.

Rooms needs renovation, have some kind of smell, all the hotel is old and definetely dont stand for 4 stars. But if you look for economy hotel, the price is reasonable.

Byli jsme celkově spokojení. Největší pokoj jaký jsem zatím v hotelu kdy měl. Všechno připravené, decentní, akorát. Snídaně mi vyhovovala. Personál přívětivý.
Parkoviště malé, přijeli jsme okolo 20-21h a už byly místa obsazeny (i větší dodávka zabírající 2 místa). Nakonec parkování svou iniciativou provizorně zvládnuto. Na jednu noc z toho nebyl problém.
Možná by někomu nemusela vyhovovat snídaně ve výloze, ale v centru města je to asi normální.
