Wow what a beautiful Villa - spotless, beautiful pool, private and not overlooked - 2 mins walk from the beach and 10 mins walk from the harbour and lovely bars and restaurants. We booked on Monday afternoon and flew out Weds am - faultless service and stunning location. Would love to return soon - just what we needed for a last minute week in the Cyprus sun.

Overall very good, can do with a little tidying up, lick of paint. Great location, walking distance to Latchi. Pool was good and staff cleaner was lovely. Everyone helpful, maybe consider a little play area for young kids in grounds. Would come back. Thank you all

Beautiful pool and garden diligently maintained daily in the early morning. Just a walk across the field to the huge beach bay with safe swimming and with views from balcony, although suspect views were even better before most recent building of new villas. Villa is light and airy with screens on all windows and well equipped- only thing we missed were scissors! Dishwasher is a small one which was fine for 2 but if villa fully occupied, may be less useful. Everything you could want for a peaceful pool and beach holiday. Latchi restaurants provide great choice of food and are within walking distance along the well lit coast path to the harbour. Akamas peninsula for walking/exploring and boat trips. Sea gorgeous for swimming in. Only slight annoyance is traffic noise - not constant but cars seem to speed along outside on the small road and used for practise by the 4x4 hires on the main road.

The property was spacious particularly outside with a large and private garden. The kitchen was adequate for us (5 adults and 1 infant) only had a worktop dishwasher which wasn’t really big enough for 5 adults as we ate in most evenings.
Lounge was comfortable as were the bedrooms.

The Villa was very pleasant and we would recommend it to friends & family.
We would definitely recommend Agni Travel to anyone choosing to visit Cyprus. During a difficult times they have been superb.

Excellent stay
A lovely villa, very clean and secure. wonderful location for peace and relaxion, walking distance to Polis and Latchi. Garden is huge. Beach towels a welcome addition as was cleaning products for kitchen. We asked for early check and and late check out which was allocated free, thank you.
Door code was not as advertised, luckily a caretaker was around to assist. An excellent stay thank you

Owners very accommodating and allowed us a late check-out, which was great when you have an evening flight and a 3 year old to keep entertained! Some furnishings are starting to look a little tired in places, but that is to be expected with a rental property and it didnt spoil the experience. Overall it was a fabulous, relaxing holiday, and it felt very safe (which we needed in these crazy times!). Steven

We had a really good holiday here. The house is about 1 minute from the beach where we snorkelled with a turtle as well as other fish. The pool is a really good size and there are 6 sun beds. The house was cool and adequate for our needs. Latchi is a good base to visit places locally. We loved Lara beach and the drive there is stunning, but we enjoyed a lot of days around the pool and then down the beach late afternoon for a swim. Joanna

We had a really fantastic stay at the property. It is a good size for a family, and the outside garden and pool are exceptionally good. The pool is the clearest Ive ever seen in Cyprus and the pool guy came every day that we were there to check on it and keep it pristine. The beds are comfortable and we slept well every night. We really enjoyed sitting outside at night looking at the stars and enjoying the mild temperatures of a September evening.

This is the first time we have stayed at Villa Georgios although we have stayed at the other three Halima Villas on the small complex. The villa was excellent and had a beautiful large enclosed garden. We could not fault this villa at all.

This is a lovely big villa in a very good location in Latchi. The grounds are huge and were well maintained. The pool man came everyday. The bedrooms are all a good size but as there were only two of us only the master and ensuite was used.
We didnt use any equipment other than the washer which was perfect. We have hired many villas both from Agni and other companies and this overall was one of the best due to the size and location

There were 3 of us who stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks and there was plenty room and we had a bedroom each. The villa is lovely and I enjoyed the pool and there is a beach just opposite where we enjoyed early morning swims.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at Villa Georgios. The Villa is the first of 4 or 5 on the quiet road, very private and surrounded by a tall hedge creating a peaceful retreat. Directly in front of the Villa is a pathway across a field to the beach.You can go left to Polis beach 10 mins and into the town a further 10 mins or you can turn left and take a stroll down to Latchi harbour. There are a few nice restaurants in Latchi and a few bars and shops. Polis town has a similar variety of bars and restaurants but a few more amenities. The area of Polis and Latchi is very low key and laid back. The Villa itself has all that is needed and we had a relaxed 2 weeks. Thanks to Agni Travel for their Services and would recommend and have no worries in using them again.
