Stayed couple nights in LA for MLB games. Juan was great ,his property was very relaxing , well kept & clean so it checks all the boxes for feeling like a home away from way. Thanks Juan for the So Cali Hospitality

It was a very cosy, clean and nice place to stay in LA for the start of our US Roadtrip. Everything was perfect, especially the host, who was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the stay very much. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Juan's place. We needed to be in Alhambra for a weekend wedding, and the location was perfect. The place is located in a lovely little neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and worked great, and we have zero complaints. We appreciated use of the parking space in front of the garage too.

The property was just as described and check in/ out was super easy.

Amazing stay! Exactly as advertised and perfect in every way. Very friendly and attentive host. I chose this property based on the great reviews, and now I get to add mine. Very comfortable accommodations in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Los Angeles is such a huge valley, so finding a listing that’s near everything is impossible, and some areas aren’t overly desirable. This one was great for getting to Dodger Stadium, and was a decent drive to other areas. The property itself is comfortable and equipped with the essentials, plus a few things like sunscreen and aloe that were a welcomed bonus. I will definitely book this one again!!

Great place but a little far from the touristy locations like Hollywood or Beverly Hills. Not far in distance but it takes forever to drive anywhere. Great price and very convenient/quiet.

This spot was perfect for our stay. It was a great size for my partner and I, the kitchenette and fridge allowed us to bring our own groceries, and Juan left plenty of resources for our use (toilet paper, towels, utensils, etc). It’s located nearby a variety of stores and fast food chains, the mall, and is conveniently close to downtown LA and Hollywood (we went for Universal Studios:). Private entrance is also great, made the check in process smooth!

Apert from the location, abit far from the city centre, the place was great- clean and great host.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and and homey feeling of this rental. Communication with the host was excellent and it was a nice place to come home to at the end of a busy day.

The location was great with easy access to the LA Convention Center. Bonus Costco is very close.

Such a wonderful stay -- perfectly clean, neat, and organized -- the host has provided kind touches, such as leaving the heater on before my arrival on a cold day. One of the very best VRBO experiences. So grateful for the kind hospitality.

Bed was very comfortable. Slept well every night. Quiet street on the hill. Great spot to come back to and rest. Not much for staying in though. It doesn’t have to be. During our trip we were never home anyways. Would stay again.

This was the perfect small accomodations my wife and i needed for a 3-day stay in the Alhambra/Pasadena area. Studio with very comfortable bed. The shower, while small, is excelllent. Parking in driveway is free and convenient. No issues at all.

The attention to detail is exceptional. Our room had everything we needed, and it felt like we were visiting family. The owner had extras like sunblock and sunburn spray, insect repelled wipes if you wanted to sit outside. We arrived late, and it was VERY convenient to enter with codes to the gate and room vs registration desk. Water temp and pressure were perfect. He had the heater on for us when we arrived, and our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay again. Thank you, Juan, for offering a wonderful place to stay.

Title says it all. Easy check in. Own ac unit, heater, and fan. Minifridge. Nice lampshades. Nice bed, with comforters and a lot of pillows. I was a bit too tall for the bed(im 6'2in), my feet dangled. Surprised there were towels, hand towels, shampoo, dish soap, and dishes/utensils. I only gave a 4 because there was no hot water. Tried to shower the morning i left and there was no hot water. Tried to run the water forn10min and never warmed up. Oh and the seats for the little coffee table were uncomfortable. Fit the decor nicely, but sat on a pillow. Would stay again, but maybe in the summer if the water isnt fixed by then.

This was the perfect location for a two-night stay, close to family, over the Thanksgiving holiday. We checked in easily, with clear instructions on how to access the studio and Juan was on-site to welcome us. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and equipped with the basic necessities. It served our purpose of needing a comfortable bed to return to late at night with hotel-like breakfast prep amenities. The area was residential, very quiet and safe, yet close to local shopping and restaurants. We definitely hope to stay here again when family gathers and an extra bed is needed. We also appreciated the competitive pricing and fees, making the trip very feasible.

Property was super cute and as described. Juan was super helpful, letting us know ahead of time that the power company was doing work and we would lose power, allowing us to be able to get ready prior to. Cute little neighborhood while still being close to everything we needed!
