Loved the location and the neighborhood is gated. Which I loved. The unit has 2 masters which is nice for adults splitting the costs. Nice pool and has workout facilities and saunas. Will stay here again.

I had previously been down to Pinnacle port to look at purchasing a unit myself and decided we needed to stay to make sure we would enjoy. An elevator was down limiting to 2 elevators on the 4th of July weekend. The place was packed of course. The unit was clean, however waiting 10 to 15 mins to get in an elevator that constantly smelled like poop was not my thing. I took the stairs each time. The only tv that worked in our unit was the upstairs master. The only shower that had warm water was the upstairs hall bath. Was reported, however no response until Friday. Thursday was the 4th, so probably knew i wasnt getting a response. I would have came home friday but didnt want to drive. Left early Saturday morning, a day early. Unit was nice, just wasnt the place for us.

We enjoyed our trip to Carillon Beach. The property was clean and steps from the beach. No sand in the car! We loved the quieter section of the beach, even during the holiday weekend. Thanks!

Pinnacle Port/Carillon Beach
I’ve been staying at Pinnacle Port since the late 1970s and I am happy to see buildings being restored as this is one of the locations in the Florida Panhandle. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the area with stunning private beach area and the pools are nice. Building A contains a great meeting area, The Sunset Room
if you’re having a big reunion or party. It has to be reserved separately through the owners office. 502a has a beautiful beach view from the upstairs on suite bedroom and there’s also a good view of the bay from the downstairs on suite bedroom. Every bedroom and den have a large flat screen tv. Appliances are very nice including full size washer and dryer. I appreciated the extra laundry soap! We enjoyed our stay. I accidentally left a purse in the room during our departure and the cleaning service contacted the host company! They went above and beyond to mail my purse to me in Mississippi and I just cannot say enough about my appreciation of this action of decency!!!!

Great Condo & Location!
We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We came during off-peak season, so it wasn’t very crowded at all. We were able to find great beach spots every day and the pool was great too. A couple of days in we found the poolside grill for lunch. The staff there was so nice and it was reasonably priced. We also liked the convenience to the grocery store and eating places. If I had any critiques, it would be that there wasn’t enough seating in the living room for everyone to sit and the sheets on the downstairs master bed would not stay on. They didn’t really even fit the bed, so that made it uncomfortable to sleep. But, other than those few things, It was a great trip!

Great Location
We loved the location of this condo. Carillon is just far enough away from the busy 30A area, but close enough that you can get there without any problem. The beach was great, and not at all crowded. The owner was extremely responsive and pleasant throughout our stay. The condo unit itself is a little on the smaller side, but is nicely decorated and I think they've done all they can do with the space itself. We enjoyed our stay.

Emerald Coast retreat
Beautiful location in a quiet resort perfect for relaxing from busy schedules. We are a family of 6 adults and one child under 1. We each had our own space when not outdoors enjoying the resort. Indoor/outdoor pool perfect for your choice of sun or shade. The pool deck is ample with part being in the shade in the morning and late afternoon. Easy walk to beach from pool for enjoying sand or emerald waters. The inlet to Lake Powell is a short walk on the beach from the complex...neat ecosystem area. Peaceful Lake Powell on premise too. Publix and Winn Dixie quick drive outside the complex gate. Donut Hole nearby for HUGE pancakes. Panama City Beach activities just a short drive away. Ron is quick to respond.

Morris Family Vacation 2020
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Our whole trip was wonderful. Our family is already working on plans to be back in 2021. A few quick things to point out. The beach was very easy to access. The condo had three full baths which made it a lot easier for our size family. The amenities were excellent. Ron was great. Quick response on everything and so great to work with. If you’re looking for a great place this is it!! Look no further!!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
If you are looking for a perfect family vacation, this is it! Located off the PCB strip so the area is not as crowed, yet has a Publix shopping center just across the street from the property and quick access to anything you could need on vacation. Kitchen stocked with everything to cook, decor was fresh and made us feel at home. Cleaners left a few untouched areas, which have been addressed by the owner. We truly enjoyed the property and had a wonderful vacation. Ron was a text away and quick to respond, Would rent again.

Property is located by the gulf with great view of the beach from the master upstairs. Downstairs you have the view of the lake and bridge over water. Condo has everything you need and an owner that will respond to any questions you have. Would stay here again!

Loved the beach!
Based on the information given, we thought the property would be right in the middle of all the action and closer to Pier Park. However, it was located a little further away -- which wasn't a terrible thing. We loved being able to walk outside and be on the beach right away. There is a Publix 2 minutes away, making it easy to do a quick grocery run. The place itself was very nice, but lacked some of the essentials that were stated would be there (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.). It was also not the cleanest, especially the upstairs bathroom. Ron was a huge help in the booking process and was very quick to respond. Overall, it was a nice place and would be great for a family vacation!

LOVE PANAMA CITY BEACH!!
This is the 3rd year my family has gone to Pinnacle Port in Panama City Beach. This is the first year we went through VRBO. This condo has the perfect amount of space, great views and overall was an amazing place to spend our week in Florida! The week we were there, unfortunately, the beaches were closed 5 out of the 7 days due to the weather, bad storms, high waves and just crazy weather all around. This condo had games and activities there, that we would have never thought about bringing with us. This helped keep the kids entertained while we were in the condo. Dianne is a sweet, sweet person and is very easy to work with. She responds fast and is very easy to get in touch with if needed. Even though we had a VERY eventful week with weather and a VERY uneventful week due to the weather, I still enjoyed my stay in this condo. Thank you again for sharing your home with my family!! WE look forward to coming again next summer.....

For the money this is probably the best deal on the beach with one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed. The condo was clean and had all the amnesties you would expect. Can't wait to come back this fall, thanks for a great vacation

Wife & mother
The unit was spacious enough for six adults and two children. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The bedding was very comfortable, the bedrooms were very spacious.
The rental process was easy and the owner informed us of great places to eat that were close. She was very easy to get in touch with before & after our stay.
The condo was not in the hussle & bussle of town and the area was very quiet and laid back.
We will return to Pinnacle Port.
