ジャグジーを利用していたら何かが焦げたような匂いが漂ってきて、それの原因が結局分からずじまいでした。

Empfang. Traditionshaus.
Das Zimmer war weit unter dem Standard eines 5 Sterne L Hotels. Zimmer deutlich abgewohnt. Risse am Bett,Türfurniere kaputt, Kaffeemaschine defekt, Badezimmer hatte Rostspuren. Zimmer war zudem nicht ausreichend gereinigt. (Vollständig verdreckter und verklebter Fön, Make up Spuren am Spiegel)
Preis-Leistung in diesem Zimmer, in dieser Kategorie inakzeptabel.
Frühstück ebenfalls vollkommen unterhalb des Standards eines 5 Sterne L Hotels. Service war teils überfordert, obwohl sie zu viert waren und das Hotel nicht ausgebucht. Wertigkeit der Lebensmittel am Buffet Mittelmaß, Auswahl spärlich, Getränke und Lebensmittel wurden nur zögerlich nachgeliefert. (z.B. standen 3 von 3 Wasserflaschen min 15 min leer auf dem Buffet, ebenfalls der Orangensaft, Butter längere Zeit nicht vorhanden, Bircher Müsli musste erst nachfragt werden - Schüssel

Amazing classy decor, fabulous outdoors breakfast location and choices, bathtub is definitely a plus, very spacious room. Nice sauna.
Bathtub had some blackness in between tiles and u d expect impeccable maintenance in such a hotel, no massage area, No swimmingpool.

All of the staff were fantastic and really friendly. It is the team at the hotel that really made our stay. Location wise- you really can't get any better. Great G&T at the bar!

room endearingly old-school in terms of furnishings but in desperate need of air-conditioning. Wi-Fi worked only haphazardly throughout my stay (2nd floor)

Reviewing on behalf of my son and mother-in-law. A great, historic ambience of a luxury hotel, with views of the Cathedral. Very central, yet quiet. My son was impressed that he was offered a newspaper for the morning - what a great tradition! All very celan and pleasant. Very comfortable beds. All sort of opprotunities to explore, both within and around the hotel. Great location. Staff was very welcoming, as you would expect.
Steamroom and sauna were great, but no swimming pool. USB port charger was broken.

The staff was so nice, the facilities were good and the rom was so quite. We could sleep late and nobody bothered us. Herr Tim at the front desk was so helpful.
They need to offer tea bags. I don't drink coffee.

Beautiful , clean hotel , in a perfect location for sight seeing
Every member of staff was friendly , helpful and attentive.
Only minor point was that we would have preferred a double bed as requested, and we had 2 single pushed together.

The beast was the best I’ve had in Germany, an excellent Stammer Max, excellent choice of egg dishes with innovative crab and Benedict options. The Bauer milk was exceptional.
I would say that attention needs to be given to refurbishment if the room living and bedroom area, the baths room was a fine
