The room, decor, cleanliness, staff cooperation.

Location is bit interior for the uninitiated. The hotel is easily reachable by bus number 64 from Staufenbergalle which in turn is well connected by trams 7 and 8 from Dresden HBF. These trams connect to many of the sightseeing points.

I really liked the hotel room, it had everything I needed and more. One bonus for me was the coffee machine.

The walls were a bit thin so I sadly woke up by the snoring of my neighbour

The rooms had a good size. It was all clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were too short and too easy to displace. A water dispenser would have been very nice considering that the room service is not regular because of Covid.

Front desk staff was great & helpful at the court yard Marriott. 👍

Was noisy at times out side ,people dragging stuff, didn't like the fact I was facing the courtyard. For 9 days, Had to keep my windows closed & drapes because people can look inn ,uncomfortable situation. Also the shower is very dangerous, for older people specifically. We are at our 60s.

The breakfast on the neighbouring Courtyard hotel was unexpected and awesome

I found a toenail in my bed. Also took a while to notice the sticker QR code for hotel info- could be more visible

No reception at the hotel for lack of personnel. Had to go to marriot No topper on the mattress

Clean rooms, good breakfast, sauna facilities.

Everything was pretty nice or at least within my expectations, nothing negative to add here.
